Do not rely on their food allergy menu. When I got there, their food allergy menu was out of date, and when I asked for an updated one, my waitress assured me they were all exactly the same and that outdated one was fine. Neither the allergy menu or the waitress alerted me that that guacamole has dairy in it, and even though I requested no seasoning on the fries (the seasoning has dairy in it) the fries came back with seasoning on them. The manager did comp me my meal, but thats not enough compared to what I go thru when I get an allergy attack. I will not dine there again.

I ordered a burger and was asked how I would like it cooked. I said medium rare and I got a charcoled burnt burger. When I complained to the manager he said they dont do medium rare burgers. Which I think for a place advertised as gourmet burgers is unacceptable. Why would you even ask how would you like your burger cooked if you dont cook them different ways? However my replacement burger did end up being medium rare and that was fantastic. I think there are deffinetly some comunication problems within the staff.

Really no complaints other than those tablets at the end of the table. Dont click on any games or they will add $ onto your bill. The food is always great, the bar staff is really good for a chain restaurant. A little high on prices (some items are higher than the online menu, but only by a few cents). Stay for dinner and a drink or two and it wont break the bank.

Eating at this Red Robin is alright. The service is prompt enough, the food is as expected. Since a remodel, the prices are a bit too high for a burger place though. That being said, EVERY time Ive ordered for pick up the order is wrong. The employees who pick up the phone are hardly comprehensible and dont listen well.

Ever since the remodel the place has gone downhill. The last two times weve gone weve gotten sick the first time my husband had bubble guts and the second both him and I did. I order the same thing every time I go a Red Robin. The service is alright but pricey for a burger joint.

For a burger place, this restaurant is top notch. Great for families, but it also has a fantastic bar menu that makes it even more worthwhile. Emily was our waitress and she made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. Everyone there is great.

We always have a great experience. Good comes out fast, unless they are really busy like dinner rush. Even then it has alwasy been hot and fresh. The 5 stars is for the service! Everyone is very friendly, great with the kids too!

This is a pretty consistent RR. The food is good and we get our early fries everytime! If you have ever been afraid to have an egg on your burger, I recommend the Royal Red Robin burger with the onion bun. DELICIOUS!!!

Service was excellent, the food on the other hand was less than diseriable. The burgers didnt come out correctly so we had to send them back. The waitress was very understanding but the food was still awful.
