Great selection of meats: Rotisserie Chicken (gluten free), Rotisserie Turkey (gluten free), Meatloaf, Ribs (pork spare ribs). Broad selection of sides (many vegetarian or gluten free), excellent soups and salads, awesome fresh made sandwiches with meat right from the oven, chicken pot pies with tons of meat, amazing desserts (have to try the carrot cake .. omg). Thy also cater for groups of 5 or more with 3 hours notice. Everything is freshly made and delicious. Dont scoff at the price or portion size. The GMO free and hormone free foods are hearty and filling. Boston Market is renovating the outside and inside of their restaurants. New tables, hi-tops, comfy chairs... Seasonal items: Parmesan Tuscan Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Honey Baked Ham, Chicken Marsala, Garlic Chive Mashed Potatoes, Garlicky Lemon Spinach, and theyre always coming up with something new...

I love the food and usually receive ok service; however today 3/13/16 the manager was a little snappy at the workers, which isnt a real complaint maybe she can handle her team with a little more finesse, theyre just teens, who seem pretty nice and respectful. My complaint is with manager, my family ordered our meals and they ran out of sweet potatoes, we were told they would be up in a min, then another min, then the manager went back came up and still nothing no apology, no comp. for our wait nothing. These are the things that stand out. Like I said I love the food, the building is usually clean, and the service is usually ok, but the fact that the manager knew of the situation and felt no need to even apologize leaves a bad taste in your mouth for this particular Boston Market

The side dishes and turkey gravy were kind of salty the staff was friendly except for the manager. The way he talked and treated his employees is the reason I will never go back I do not support establishments who treat their employees the way he did. He was very demeaning and rude!!! I couldnt even imagine working for somebody like him!!! Also when I ordered I thought he was going to make the order for me but instead he disappeared, apparently they were out of dark meat at the time and it needed to be carved. BUT he walked to the back and didnt mention anything about it as far as I could tell he just simply forgot to get my food. I can definitely say I wont be going back.

Food changes not so good...tried the red potatoes twice..both times they were very dry and over cooked....chicken was dry on our last time there. ..it used to be a favorite take out fast food place for us...our last 3 times have times have changed our mind...we miss going there...

Incredibly sincerely friendly staff who seem to really enjoy their jobs and working together as a team. This location would make Undercover Boss proud! Consistently good food. Try the new chicken strips with the honey habanero dipping sauce.

I ordered the $11.99 ham dinner with 2 sides and apple pie. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING! I gagged on the "mashed" potatoes and the ham. The apple slices in the pie were raw and not cooked. Wont be going back any time soon.
