Im not in Visalia very often and I come to this Chipotle even less often. However every time I do come, there is something wrong. Their system is down, Ive been over charged, not gotten reward points, the customer service is bad because of new people, they dont listen and get stuff wrong... Its always something. I think Ive finally learned my lesson and Ill just drive back to Fresno if I need Chipotle that bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online and expected to get in and out quick and instead I waited 20 minutes while I watched 6 people come in, order and walk out with their food all cause no one wanted to get my order from the back. There was was a point where the cashier & everyone on the line (4 girls) were all just talk while I was still waiting.

This is an upscale fast food place. You would not think there is a difference between restaurant locations. I eat here all the time and enjoy it. I have been to three other Chipotles and have been disappointed - I am not clear why, but after one visit, they are all in the do not return category. This particular restaurant works for me every time.

I ate there today for lunch. We ate outside which was fine but the flies were everywhere...made it difficult to have a peaceful lunch. I went inside to refill my water and there was a man eating with a snake around his neck! As far as I am concerned that is disgusting! Snakes dont belong in a restaurant. .

The taste of the meat is plan with a Tabasco flavor only, its to chunky to bite, has to much fat on it then it does meat & it needs to be cooked longer. Not every one likes raw red bloody meat. I will definitely not be back & I wont be recommending this nasty place to anyone I know!

I have order there a few times now using my iphone app. Everytime i order the food is either cold or it is not ready when i get there. I dont get that long for lunch and to show up and its not ready yet just sucks. Dont use their online,fax or moble ordering.

I eat at a lot of Chipotle restaurants and this one is very stingy. The size of my chicken bowl was about half the size of what I usually get. Make sure you tell them to put some food in your meal!!

First time I went I waited about 10 mins. On my food and it tasted great employees gave me a free meal on my next visit for the wait when I went the next day service was great but food not so much .
