Their food is great and their restaurant service is pleasant, but DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THEM!! They like to overcharge you and mess up your order. I ordered 2 cakes for my wedding, but when I went in to check on my order and remove a cake from the original order less than 2 weeks before the wedding, I found out that they forgot about my order, and then they told me I would have to place the order again AND pay again if I wanted to receive my cakes. I eventually straightened them out by bringing in proof of purchase, and telling the manager to check his inventory logs to prove that I had already paid but had not already picked up this order, and he owed me a refund for the cake I removed from the order (which for two weeks they wouldnt refund me until I threatened to take this case to the corporate level). It was a huge, horrifying management mess on their part, but they were rude to me about it and tried to tell me that I had to pay Again and Again for the same order I still never received. I finally resolved the issue with them, but I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! They either had extremely inadequate record keeping and management, or they prefer to fraud their way into making you pay hundreds of dollars over two cakes that they refuse to give you. I havent had too many issues with the restaurant- they are very slow; they take a long time just to serve you your drinks, and the food takes even longer, the desserts take a long time, what are these servers doing all this time anyway?? But the food is very good, although veryyy pricey, and the drinks are pretty good too so its usually worth the wait.

I hate to give 3 stars for a restaurant that deserves at least 4 or maybe 5. The food is great, our waiter was awesome! They get 5 stars! However, we drove 4 hours to Fresno to have an early Mothers day dinner with my Mom because we wont see her on Mothers Day. During dinner, my Mother asked a passing waitress to snap a picture of our family at the table and the waitress hesitated and told us that she was "very busy". Now I understand things can get crazy as a waitress and she was probably juggling multiple tasks at once. However, you should never let the customer see stress coming from the staff. The staff should hide it as much as possible. We are paying a good amount of money to eat at a very nice restaurant after driving 4 hours to see my Mom, whom we only see a few times per year due to work, and the last thing a waitress should do is hesitate to take a picture and tell us that she is "busy". To the waitress: whether or not we where "your table", you are the face of the restaurant to every customer that walks in the door. It is your job to keep your "stress" to yourself so your customers do not feel awkward. Other than that, the restaurant was great and the coconut lime chicken plate was amazing!

September 14, 2016, was the very first time I had gone to cheesecake factory and I absolutely loved my experience. I had attended a last min. birthday dinner, with 25 people. We had been seated outside which was okay it was a nice night anyways. There were also other costumers outside. Having to attend to 25 people as well as a few other while having excellent service is difficult. However the waitress we had the entire night, Brittany M. she had exceeded our expectations, again and again. She was polite and attended to our every need and complaint. She was checking on her party as well as the other costumers that night. She had exceeded our expectations which made myself as well as my other friends to want to go back to the cheesecake factory. Brittany M. had also made our birthday girl feel even more special with a cheesecake surprise that we had not expected, like I said. She exceeded our expectations again and again. Also, the food was exquisite, the wait time was a little longer but considering there was 25 people plus more, it was a shorter wait period than other restaurants. The portions as well are larger, so I really dont mine the costing.

Very upset. 1- Waitress left the table without me being able to order my drink, didnt ask if anybody wanted to order anything else. 2- Food took way longer than usual to arrive. 3- My dish arrived not as advertised (missing tempura asparagus). 4- Notified waitress about missing items and she "confirmed" the dish doesnt come with that item. 5- She asked another waitress and the other waitress said it should have came with asparagus. 6- Took a long time for the asparagus to finally be made and they came burnt. 7- Steak was badly burnt on the outside, rare on the inside (I asked for medium well). 8- Said they would make me another dish within about 6 minutes but took way longer. The people I was with were already done eating (embarrassing for me). 9- The mad guy who brought the dish out slammed it on the table in front of my face and walked away immediately as if I ruined his night completely somehow. 10- Messed up our tabs and had totally different orders on each tab. The manager owned up to the bad dish and took it off the tab. Ive had the same dish at the Cheesecake Factory in Newport Beach and it was much better.

Vic Anderson. We were given a gift card for The Cheesecake Factory so we decided to go there today for breakfast and see what the place is like. The waiter was completely untrained. He never asked how the eggs should be done or what toast we would like. When the breakfasts arrived the yolk of one egg on each plate was broken and you couldnt see the yolk of the other egg because the broken egg resembled scrambled eggs and was on top of the whole egg. The toast was a brown bread and definitely not what we expected. To top it all the food was cold, not even warm. When we had consumed two thirds of our coffee we were asked if we would like more. I said yes and he promptly removed our half drunk coffees and after a few minutes returned with our same cups partially filled. How do I know that that was my cup and not my partners? For $12 for breakfast and $3 for coffee each and the quality of food and the poor service it was definitely not a deal. Thats one restaurant I can write off. Farmer boys gives a much better meal for a lot less.
