So they have no menu board... that was the first thing I noticed when I walked in... they handed me a takeout menu with no listed prices . The person who took my order also seemed... new... lets go with new. Most of the staff seemed to be standing around talking and asking one another what on earth they were supposed to do. I remember this place years ago and it wasnt half as dumpy looking. They had cracked tiles all over, the lighting was awful, and then they had this big bump screen where they give you an estimated time for your pizza to be done. Now, this bump screen would be great... if they hadnt bumped my order as soon as the next order after I placed mine was prepared. Instead they left up the person whose order was done, and bumped me... so I had no idea when my order would be done, or if they had just deleted it entirely. So it took a solid 20-30 minute and i finally got my personal pan pizza. So, you may ask, why 2 stars given that you seemed to hate everything about this place? The staff seemed well meaning, and the pizza was delicious. They just need to work on efficiency and give the place a face lift.

My mother asked me if i knew of a pizza place in Porterville that had a salad bar. this place came into mind and i told her to give it a shot. she calls me back and this is what she tells me: "we got there, ordered our food. we got our salad and breadsticks and sat down. 45 min later, were trying to make our salad and breadsticks last because we havent got our pizza yet. I got to the counter and talk with the order taker, wondering how much longer its going to be. she says , have you got your receipt?-there are 3 customers in the store- and she says I didnt even order your pizza, i thought you just wanted salad and breadsticks. " My mother had been waiting for 45 min at this time. she says " I ordered a large -whatever pizza she ordered-!!" she askes to speak to the Manager of Pizza Hut and my mother said she doesnt hardly understand English and she wasnt able to communicate with her! My mother hasnt gotten anything for her trouble. this is unacceptable. im so FURIOUS! i dont think we will EVER got here again.

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the pizza delivered to me as my special pizza was poorly made, the one topping, stuffed crust was by the worst pizza I ever experienced. Their stuffing was hollow, the pizza itself was flat, the tomato sauce looked like it was smeared all over the box it came in as if it was dropped on the floor, this is the very reason I stopped ordering from Dominos pizza. I used to order from Pizza Hut almost every weekend for a year and their service and pizza were excellent but I guess now like Dominos theyve progressed to crappy service.

Great deals and pizza. Order online and they have rewards plus online deals that you dont get by walking in. I always order online to get the specials and rewards and then we go in and eat there. They dont make you pay until you pick up your pizza so you can still add drinks or anything else you may want. They also have a drive thru that people may not realize. So you can order to pick up and not even leave your car. Employees are always very nice and helpful.

Love the pizza from this place...its always made perfect! The boneless hot wings even better! Cant beat the value...try the spaghetti there its the bomb..tootles on to the next review!!!!! U never know where I will be to review your franchise so you better be on your toes!!!!!!

On the weekends they say pizza will be ready in 20 minutes, only to wait another 45 minutes. Its happened 3 times. Tired of excuses. "Were too busy!" Poor service!
