My brother & I were hangry so we needed fast but quality eats. I am a very picky foodie. We decided on burgers & choose Five Guys not the so called b king next door. Five Guys surpassed our expectations. Kimberly was very patient as we made our order choices. She smiled & guided us thru the FREE toppings(my favorites) which no other burger place has. Fresh cut fries, milkshakes or a variety of sodas & waters finish the choices. We enjoyed our delicious burgers & fries in a comfortable setting. Scott told us where we could find Five Guys in the Sacramento area & checked to see how we enjoyed our meal. This is the place to go for fresh not frozen burgers, real bacon & great french fries. It was spotless inside & outside. We will definitely be back. Kimberly, youre the BEST!!!

Worse experience ever with a burger joint, after a hard day at work was looking forward to a good meal. Stopped here and got the family some meals and what did I get? Burnt meat patties and no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger (but strips of bell pepper???). Quality control? Standard work practices? Not sure what happened with this place. 6 meals all wrong and was told by the manager to come in to get a free meal for issue, just to be told we can only give you 2 free meals for the inconvenience. Do not recommend at all!!

The employee was super friendly and I let him know that it was my first time there. He told me about the whole menu which was nice of him. The bacon cheese burger was amazing ! Better then in n out ! They also have milkshakes. Which Im planning to try later on. This place is a little more expensive then other fast food places.

This business location sucks because if youre no customer, and you need to make change, they wont do it, not even with the money set aside as donation, no matter how much you need it done! And it serves tons of cruelty meals, so it deserves 0 stars, but because I cant give it 0 stars, it earns 1 star.

I love 5 guys. If you enjoy a big burger and way more fries than you should really ever eat, then this is the place for you. You can also get milk shakes, hot dogs and other random stuff.

The burgers are fairly good. Not up to the hype in my mind. The atmosphere is lacking, unless you like sacks of potatoes, peanuts, and framed outdated/irrelevant awards and reviews.

Great food, price isnt too bad, and they give you a ton of fries. Only thing that knocks a star off is its a bit slow and its not always the cleanest in the dining area

Such a comfort burger! Makes me feel like I just grabbed it off the backyard grill. Cajun fries and peanuts just make it that much better :-p
