First time going here, and once I get in I noticed the music was super loud and this is a factor in my one star review. I order a milk tea and due to the LOUD music the cashier interpreted it as a green tea order, I only found out when they called my drink on the counter. I tried to argue that it was not my order but they didnt listen and just forced the drink on me. Terrible customer service and environment. I would give this a 0/5 if possible, but google has to throw in the pity star. Do not go here, would not recommend.

This place was horrible! Whatever you do dont get the passion fruit milk tea - it tastes like cancer! I tried my friends passion fruit milk tea after she said she hated it, and litrtally spit out all of it on her $80 shoes. I felt bad for her as it was her first time trying boba, and embarrassing because I said she would love it when she actually didnt. Do not visit this place unless you want to your date to dump you. Waste of money and lowered my reputation. Do not visit! >:((

I found this place to be consistent in its milk teas. I love the taro milk tea with boba and the jasmine milk tea with boba. The service is quick and the employees are friendly. They also have an attention to cleaning when not busy as with certain other milk tea places I have been to. I also like the fact that they do Fivestars.

I ordered the high mountain oolong with boba. I appreciate that the boba was made with more expensive brick style sugar, but it was overwhelming and too sweet. The high mountain tea was very weak. Hard to imagine oolong tea being so light. However, the people working here are great!

The boba drinks here are spot on! My drink was a perfect blend between tea and milk, and the boba pearls have the right enough chewy-ness! The place also has a great tea scent right when you walk in making it even more enjoyable to kick back and have a good drink ✅

Great boba, delicious range of flavours and very clean. Boba is soft and sweet, perfect! Great opening hours, open until 11 and lovely service always. Very consistant drinks and always sealed so great for take away too.

The best boba place in San Francisco. Every single drink that Ive tried has been great. My favorite is the genmaicha milk tea, iced in hot days and hot in the winter.
