Such a rip off and no consistency!!!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich a week ago with just egg, cheese, and sausage and it was $7.95. I must say it was a good size (sliced wheat, lots of egg, and lots of sausage). Today I went back for that same sandwich (mind you it was expensive), but because it was good and I was hungry, I thought Id get it again. Today it was half the size, half the egg, and half the sausage. I hate when places are not consistent. I went back because I liked it the first time, and when they dont keep their consistency it gets me angry. I will never step foot in their again. Prices are exaggerated and the portions are not worth the money!!! Sad to have a place like this right next door to your work. Uggghhhhh back to not having a place.

Our agency, Project Sentinel, held an event at the Sobrato Center for Nonprofits - Redwood Shores on April 12, 2017 and decided to go with the Rendezvous Cafe for our catering needs. We are so glad we did! Chef Cambell was an absolute pleasure to work with, accommodating all of our needs, even the last minute changes. We continue to receive rave reviews from event attendees regarding the tasty and high quality of food. If you ever have an event at this center and are in need of a catering service, we would highly recommend them.

The chef and staff are very friendly and the food is delicious, reasonably priced for the portions too. I often go there for lunch, and sometimes pop in for breakfast (they have Peets coffee!). They recently changed their regular menu and have added a lot of a new stuff. My fave is the Buddha Bowl. They have weekly specials, which mixes things up a bit (the shrimp tacos and chicken curry are neat). The place is nice, especially on a sunny day. Great social mission. Ive heard they also cater, and should be delivering soon.

Difficult to find but worth the search! Ive been here for lunch more than a few times - the food is fresh and delicious. Ive had good sandwiches, a delicious pesto shrimp linguine special, a chicken curry special and really good tomato basil soup. The space is nice too, very comfortable and welcoming. Its tucked inside the Sobrato Center for nonprofits with only a small sign so you have to look for it. As an added bonus, they are a social enterprise, providing training and jobs for people who are low income.

Food is delicious and very reasonably priced. They have specials every day, all those I tried (shrimp tacos, seafood linguine, special burger) were legit! Natural light brightens the space, WiFi is free (and its speed allows you to actually work) and the folks are very nice and kind. Love that place, I highly recommend it for breakfast and lunch. They also cater amazing food!

Awful food, advertises as local and organic, but its only "kind of" local and organic according to the server. The tomato basil soup was AWFUL and the chicken caesar wrap didnt have hardly any chicken or caesar on it. Dont waste your time finding this place. We didnt even try finishing our food when we left to find someplace else to eat.

I came here with coworkers, and it was really good! Its a cool space, good food, and friendly staff. I had the Grown Up PB&J, and it came with almond butter, caramelized onions, goat cheese, and fig spread- awesome concept and super tasty. I also love its social mission- training and employing low-income people.

I love Rendezvous. The team here are super-friendly, eager to please and the food delicious, fresh and well-priced. Its a nice oasis of calm to escape from the office with a spotlessly clean and nicely laid out casual dining room and outdoor seating. I am always made to feel extremely welcome.

We waited more than 30 mins for our food to come out. Their Angus beef burger was the saddest little burger Ive ever seen and eaten. However, the place was clean and bright - good ambiance. Server was also nice and friendly.

Came here for a birthday party event. Beautiful space and could easily accommodate 100+ people. Lots of natural light and they have a nice outdoor patio with tables.
