In-N-Out Burger has been my favorite burger for a long time. The location in Oxnard is ruining that experience. Every time I, or my wife, or my son go there and place a take away order, the order is not filled correctly. Most annoying and aggravating is: we order most of the burgers with out the sauce. Almost every time, every burger that is not supposed to have sauce, has sauce. This happens even though we repeat the order several times to make sure they understand, and verbally verify it with the person at the window. Perhaps we should go to another location, or maybe just find a new favorite burger.

What a wonderful place. Came here on a date and it was fantastic a week later I brought my mom and aunt back and we all loved it! The service is always on spot and they are super friendly. I adore the bartender and all the service staff. The food is on spot and absolutely wonderful! Both times it was perfect and consistent. The drinks are perfect. Balanced. Fresh. Simple. Unique. I highly recommend you trying this restaurant. Make sure u dont need reservations. Weekends Id recommend them. Small unique place and wonderful atmosphere. Good for dinner. Snacks or just drinks.

I am truly not impressed. The long line had ne hopeful that food was better then it was. A few of my friends have talked this place up, but in the end I was disappointed. I was going in hoping it more like cook-out in the south east states. Cook out has many many options and burgers are hand made, and cheaper with 2 sides a drink and a shake. Not to mention that in n out is crowded for abosolutly no reason.

Good food and fully packed of people, thats on Fridays night! Very youthful most on teen and early twenties years environment. Parking was not a problem since theres enough for more than 100 cars. Highly recommend it! Ah, a beautiful worker cleaned our table before we ate and was very helpful during our meal and after that cleaned our mess!

as an ex in n out employee I can say this in n out does not meet the high standards of others. The burgers are usually lopsided and falling apart. They arent "smiling" (a term I learned from working there, when the burger would show all the ingredients on one side so evenly "smiling" easy to see and taste all the ingredients)

he food is delicious but the drive thru staff are mean who talks loud or low but they make sure you hear it about their nasty comment about me as a customer whenever i go there. Very uneducated, unprofessional manner. It seems their staff needs more training better yet just replaced them all with a good worker new one.

Love this chain. Get double double animal style with fries well done. They filled 50 orders in the 20 min I was there, plus a drive thru they had to direct through the parking lot. Despite that, quality still on par and employees were polite. Bathrooms very clean too and tables wiped as soon as people got up

It really is a better burger then the rest if your talking drive thru...why do you think the line is always so damn long. Good things take time. ... Or too many tourists see those stupid shirts and have to have one along with ever other shameless piece of junk they sell and... Will ya look at this line.

The animal fries by far is the best and yet the only thing that is wrong in this restaurant is the disrespectful mexican young high school student who really has a poor attitude. I say the mexican serevers comes from the gheto community so they take their gheto knowledge and experience to the customer service.

So when I get home to throw down I realize they forgot to put straws in the bag. Yes that sucks but I can manage. Then I go to eat and the food is cold, even the French fries. That means my food must have been sitting for a while before they served it to me. The employees were nice and accommodating.

OK you are making great burgers. But why treat people with no respect. Some people talk slow, some people have a reason for being annoying. No need to have an attitude. Nobody can tell what tomorrow will bring. Delicious burgers, not the best customer services.

3 stars because the lines are always outrageous! ! I feel like i use more gas in the line then when i travel across town to come to this location! Nevertheless food is always delicious! Never had a bad burger to this day from this location!

GREAT BURGERS! Saw another reviewer said they skimp on lettuce - NOT my experience. I do wish they would generally cook the fries a bit longer and lunchtime is insanely busy almost always. But this place is awesome!

For as busy as this location is, they can afford to redesign their parking lot so folks can park. They have cones blocking off half of the parking lot because they didnt plan the drive through properly.

The food is always great at In-N-out burger place. However, this place is always super busy with long car lines. It took me approximately 35 minutes to get a single burger with a drink.

Not as well known location that shares the Home Depot parking lot with many other stores. Its usually crowded and slow at peak times but always the great taste you expect.

Burger had very little meat, 1/8 pounder, but the flavor was good. The fries were cold and not worth the calories. On a good now 2.30 price is not bad.
