Ive been going to in-n-out for years and have bragged about the food. So, a friend was visiting from Colorado and I said you have to taste these burgers, fries and shakes. Love the burgers and the shakes... terrific. The fries were not very good at all. Ive had their fries for years and something has slipped! They were barely at room temp, and mushy inside. I went back to the window and told the cashier. Of course she offered to replace them, but that wasnt my point. I had hoped she would say something to the manager but just kept taking orders. Feel really bad about my friends experience. :(

I used to go here often the cool white educated people mostly dines in here. Also before the servers here are real blonde white who treats us is a respectful manner. Now, it is overrun by young gheto mexicans cook and cashier who are disrespectful and I also noticed that most of the educated white people move somewhere else and they have been replaced by mostly gheto mexican customers. I think the cool white people move somewhere else where there are no mexican customers. My goal now is to locate where they hangout because i really dont like how these mexicans treats us and serve us.

Well i like how one of the worker goes car to car taking orders while you wait in line, BUT..it did no good when about time i got the food its cold and fries for some odd reason taste stale and crunchy (pretty much unlike any other fries Ive gotten from anywhere)...so to me yeah have to give this one a huuuge thumbs down. In n outs in the rough areas have better quality service than this one. I guess, its best to eat inside so you can square away any meal issues.

The food is delicious but the staff mostly the mexican are unprofessional uneducated manner. Im just going as how I see it and not being a racist. But I dont know why but the blonde white girls that work there are easy to talk to nice and very helpful . Oh! no !now its just one white blonde girl unlike before when there are a lot of them who works there. Good luck to you fellas who wants to go there me I am off to a new one.

Everytime my parents ask me or my siblings what we want to eat, In-N-Out automacially pops into my mind. The food is great, and is totally worth checking out. Not only are the fries great, but so are the Animal Fries. If you dont what those are, they are fries covered with thousand island sauce, cheese, and some kind of union thing. But they are REALLY good. In-N-Out recommended for good food.

Camarillo .Ca. A man , hid in the alcove of the drive thru, & jumped out in front of my vehicle. Obviously ,deranged, by his behaviour but it frightened me all the same. If unaware I could have hit him. Security is needed at night. Homeless drugged ppl are around that area constantly. We need another In&Out in the center of town. The FOOD was GREAT . THE HELP GREAT The experience NOT.

Im a tourist and I heard a lot about in-n-out, but after eating it and seeing the reviews in here Ill just say that californians dont know how to eat. Awful. Worst burger Ive had in my life. Ill rather have frozen dollar burgers than this s#*t. No toppings besides ketchup. Unsalted fries. Just awful. I guess Im just angry because the disappointment was one of the worst Ive had.

At really busy times this InNOut can be very slow to get out an order but overall they serve the burgers and fries hot. The only downside is that In N Out, in general, does not serve straight soda-water (all the fizz with no body impact) at all which is an easy fix to get the last star. Usually busy due to the outlet traffic. Best time is 4-5pm and after 7.

Decided to treat myself after having to go to the dentist, cheeseburger animal style! I love the way In-N-Out does their burgers, toasted bread totally awesome. I ordered my French fries crispy I think they forgot to add salt I have to try it again, otherwise Ill keep the fries they way that make them. Always a great experience going to In-N-Out

Although the burgers and fries are good... typical In n Out... the drive-thru service lines are not easy to access, they are very long and tediously slow. The servers are courteous, but clearly rushed. Frankly, the Camarillo store on Carmen Dr. has the fastest service and best tasting food of any In n Out in my area.

They usually get my order right but every now and then they get it wrong Ive been going to this in and out for 6 years now. The food is usually good no complaints on the quality of the food only one complaint is when they put the napkins in your bag they put it right on top of your burger so they get all dirty

Cant really go wrong with an In-n-Out and this place does it right. If youre a loyal In-n-Outer you already know that unless you come at some off hour its going to be packed. This one is more so because its right off the freeway. In my opinion they roll out their food pretty fast.

I normally dont give this bad of a review but no place should short change a customer. I went here for lunch and I rolled my change up with the receipt. I was shorted $5. I call and was told the drawer was not over. So where did my money go because I didnt get it.

Great location. Went through the drive thru. Even though there was a long line, I got my order quickly. In n Out is super efficient and extremely friendly and courteous. Im a loyal customer and have been for quite some time. Great job!

Love this place. The staff is always nice and friendly. The food tastes awesome!!! Even when the drive-thru line is out to the street, it still doesnt seem to take too long to get your food. Even if it does, TOTALLY worth the wait! <3

Long wait for completed order. Clean establishment and staff. Great burger! At least as good as Five Guys. Fries are good, but prefer those at Five Guys. All in all a great experience! Love the lettuce wrap option with the burgers!

In-N-Out Burger, always awesome, always consistent. This location gets plenty of business from hungry people either going to the outlets or leaving after shopping, so be aware it does get packed during peak meal times.
