Ummm...ami...burger...? Ooh, I hate to do this. One star. "Impossible Burger" is certainly the right term for it. When partnering with places like this, attempting to secure new business from people who arent necessarily vegan but are environmentally conscious, be sure to hold onto your current clientele at the same time. It was "impossible" for us to pay $16 for a patty and a piece of lettuce with sauce tonight. Wed have happily paid for it with a bun..maybe throw in some vegan cheese for fun? Cmon, guys. Luckily our server was super nice and apologetically explained all of the vegan shortcomings that this burger had to offer. Looking forward to coming back and giving our money to this business when they designate a vegan option! Best of luck!

Excellent burgers and fries.Highly recommend this place as theres so many options for fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, shakes, etc. They also ask how you want your burger cooked which is a good touch. Vegetarians can also substitute a veggie patty for any burger on the menu giving them just as many options as all the meat eaters. Not a lot of seating at maybe a dozen or so seats inside, so we saw a lot of people take their orders to-go.

I am a huge fan of Umami. Ive been to almost all of the locations on a number of occasions. However, this location is so underwhelming that is sullies the name of Umami Burger all over. The burgers were alright, but not great (as opposed to the absolutely fantastic burgers at the other locations) which makes the burger extremely overpriced. I would stay away from this location and go to The Counter or Smashburger instead.

Having met friends several times for drinks here, this was the first time for dining and I had quite high expectations since it was for my daughters 21st birthday. First off, the atmosphere, although a little on the old fashioned high end steakhouse, is wonderfully subdued allowing for easy conversation and a refreshing break from all the newer "open concept"...

Cheesy tarot tots...need I say more? The food was amazing. My server Christi was beyond helpful, Very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable of the menu here. The only reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is the beer selection. Only a handful on tap, and a few bottles. The cocktails did look good. Next time Ill come a little later and give them a try.

A group of us went to dinner tonight and we had a very good experience. We were in a private room, which added to the enjoyment of the meal. The main dining room was very noisy and crowded. The seafood tower was delicious as were the steak and side dishes. Our server, Erin, was very patient and very professional.

Nice and friendly staff. I ordered the braised beef fries and manly burger. Fries were good and the burger was awesome. Only gripe; the pork in the burger was a lil dry but the flavor was on point. Good place, you get what you pay for. Ill definitely be back to try something else on the menu.

Ive been to many burger restaurants over the years and this has still one of, if not my most favorite burger Ive eaten across several states and cities. I recommend getting the basic Umami burger to start, dont ask for substitutions or anything because the burger is already perfect.

I love this hidden (okay not so hidden) spot. Its dark, the drinks are top notch and the vibe is relaxing. Weekends can be a bit crazy and seating and get tricky. Dont come here for a broing mixed drink! Their custom cocktails are amazing!

If youre looking for a good gourmet burger, look no further. The ingredients they use are fresh and well sourced and really bring out the meat flavor of the burger itself. Love the ahi burger too if you want something lighter.

Impossible Burger. Texture of a beef burger but vegan. Delicious with all the traditional burger toppings. Sweet potato fries taste like they add sugar or another sweeter, not a fan. The staff was incredibly friendly.

My favorite is the arugula goat cheese and beer salad! Its absolutely incredible and quite filling. The staff is always so nice and helpful. There is also outside seating for those nice summer nights!
