The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and it was clean. The food was served very hot and quickly. The staff was very friendly. However, while the food was mostly good, it definitely wasnt of the quality I would expect going out to eat. The salsa was just canned not fresh. Many of the items served seemed like something I could make at home. We ordered nachos, but in reality it was just tortilla chips with cheddar cheese melted on top. I ordered fish tacos. The fish seem very poor quality and was greasy( had a very fishy flavor). You get the picture. I was kind of disappointed because overall it seemed like a really nice place. The food definitely lacks personality and flavor. It would be nice if they added more shrimp and seafood dishes as well.

I have been all over the U.S. and have eaten at many Mexican restaurants. This place... provided the worst experience I could ever have even imagined, not just as a Mexican restaurant but out of every place Ive ever been to in which they sell food. I went here expecting a nice relaxing experience. Instead, what I got from ordering a super burrito was an INCREDIBLY hot plate, causing the shredded lettuce that it was drenched in, the tiny dab of sour cream, and the spoon sized bit of guacamole to become disgustingly hot. Oh.. and I also severely burned my hand. Next to that, I never had a single employee come up to me after my food was served. I couldve walked right out without anyone noticing. Just plain terrible.

The beans were good and a little bit spicy, and the salsa and chips were great,(though i dont think it should cost $10.00) but my rice where so bland and my 2 beefed enchiladas where so thin and the beef look so funny that i was afraid to eat it. Though the waitress where good and nice but if i was you i wouldnt go their at all. Plus after an hour i stated to feel sick and dont know it was the taste of the food or how it looks. I had better enchiladas in a can than in a restaurant that suppose to be good. I wanted to ask them, where would they wanted to have some good Mexican food because i dont want to waste my money looking for a decent Mexican meal.

The service was not good, but it was not bad. It was rather unremarkable. The decor was nice I suppose, seeing as it did fit the theme of traditional Mexican restaurant" very well. My biggest problem though was the food. It ALL tasted very bland to not just me, but my whole family. It all tasted the same, like it was all made of the same grey mush made to look like food. It was rather disappointing. Liked: Not a drive into town for those nearby. Disliked: Bland food, kinda slow service.

Good food. I was impressed that my food was hot in temperature. Most restaurants the food is hot enough, but not too hot to eat and then by the time you get half way or more through eating your food the rest is cold. Not this time. It was too hot to eat that I had to blow on it to take a bite and the food was still hot by the time I got to the end. I liked that and was very impressed.

food is good and staff is nice however when i ordered things to go they overcharged me for food didnt notice until i went home then i looked at it and wow did they cheat me on the size of food i went here quite a few times and liked it but one time to go left a bad taste in my mouth about the place i dont think i will be back but the food was good which is why 2 stars instead of 1

Ate there the first time and the encheladas which should be something safe to order anywhere were terrible along with service. Went there a second time because a friend was DYING to go and voiced my dislike for the place. This time I go and its even worse. On top ofbad food and service I got food poisoning. I wouldnt recommend and I wont be returning.

To me this is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in town. The cost is not bad most meals are about $12 and if your looking for great salsa theres is top notch (side note..you can buy it from them). All in all you have to come and try it for yourself..but you will leave full and satisfied every time.

Love this restaurant. Its in an awkward location so its often overlooked. Food is always amazing, and very reasonably priced. Portions are fairly large. I always have enough for leftovers. Staff is friendly. Food come out fast after ordering.

My experience at los compadres was great I tryed there shredded beef enchiladas and they were the best Ive ever had and there service was excellent best mexican restaurant in town
