I ordered a root beer float at the Granite Drive location. Twice in a row, I was handed a root beer float overflowing. The root beer float overflowed onto my NEW car seats and all over my dress slacks that now have to be dry cleaned. TWICE IN A ROW!!!! I contacted the store and have not heard back in two days. They have done nothing!! I wont be going back. Theres lots of other places to get a float without the mess. Im frustrated and angry. I also ordered a hot dog that wasnt fully cooked. Ugh! UPDATE: I had to call to follow up almost 2 weeks later. The manager was rude and the store would not do anything!!!!!

We ordered a A2 meal. With a regular sized float. The floats came in a regular drink cup not the usual glass cup (we dined in) .. we found not 1 but 2 pincher bugs in our drinks!!! We told them and they said they could give us a cookie... For the trouble.. I will never go to this location again.

I wanted A&W root beer on the old fashion tap but they only had it out of the standard soda fountain. Additionally because its part of a KFC the air is really thick because of the grease.
