ell I guess its time to stop going for dinner at one of my favorite places- Sizzler! They have now taken off steak and all-you-can-eat shrimp from their menu. They took the chicken wings out of the salad bar. But you can buy them as an add-on! Soon the taco bar, the soup and pasta will all be offered and add-ons at a separate price. Too bad greed had superseded customers. My daughter went there for dinner tonight and couldnt even get her steak cook correctly. To make amends, they offered her a free baked potato- HER DINNER ALREADY CAME WITH A BAKED POTATO- did she want another? I think NOT!! So beware consumers!! Food was great, much better than before the remodel but Sizzlers must have changed the model as things are more chaotic and is more like a buffet than a restaurant. So after your order they no longer give you your plates, silverware, and cups, you just grab what you need. This presents 2 problems, when its busy how does the waitress know what you ordered? There are no cup distinction between water and soda, should have just said round of waters and get soda. Same thing for the salad bar, should have just ordered my meal without the salad bar and just get up and get the salad bar without paying. The waiteress came by 4 times to help us and only asked for the receipt twice and both times my wife was away from the table who had the receipt, bit she said it was okay. Again it was busy so no time to check. The waitress herself looked like she didnt want to be there, we rarely saw her, the only reason she was there was to give us our meal which she got wrong the first time because she didnt know what we ordered. Again, food was great but service and organization has gone way way down.

1: Terrible food (I asked for fully cooked steak instead I got a rare) 2:Terrible service ( When I went with my family father and mother they charged my dad for his food but when that took a long time he asked the worker said there was only 2 meals in the receipts ) 3:The price was $50 for two meals I could have went someplace else and pay $50 for 3 much bigger plates Conclusion: Wont eat at this overpriced garbage

Its sizzler and my niece wanted to go here. so this was not really and ideal choice. meals came out separately. My sister received a new york strip instead of a prime rid and was to she didnt know what she was talking about. My ex is a Bucher you learn a few things.. like basic cuts of meat. either way I dont think we would have came here if it wasnt my nieces choice and I do not see us returning

The salad bar is wonderful. Lotsa selections, includes soup, tacos, spaghetti, etc. It is a meal in itself. If you have only $10.00 to spend, this is the place to go. It is clean and pleasant and definitely "FAMILY FRIENDLY". It is simple, casual and good. Never had the steaks there, but the salad bar is worth going for. We are regulars.

Good meat and potatoes with a small all-you-can-eat salad bar. This place has been around for decades and has gone through minor facelifts along the way. I enjoy the food for what it is, but portions are shrinking and service is also declining. I hope the trend reverses; otherwise, will have to say goodbye to a family tradition.

Service was horrible. Waitress never came back after two check ups. The manager was walking around asking customers how they are doing, stopped and turned around and skipped us. I guess he was upset because I told him the oil needs to be changed because he chicken is nasty. The clam chowder is watery. Bad service over all.

No waiting tonight. Servers a friendly and helpful. Salad bar not as good as it was before remodel, beverage area is in a terrible place-blocks the way for servers and Getting to tables. Now you have no control over who gets salad bar and drinks. Your profit is going to go down the tubes.

I use to come here alot, but after renovations, came back to check it out. They renovated the place, but once small thing when i went, NO AC!!! Customers and workers, we were all sweating!! Not good for business!! Fix ur AC and things will be much better!

My visit to sizzlers was quite different that im used to. it was remodeled. i did like the fact that the saled bar was handicap friendly if someone was in a wheelchair thay can reach the bar the food is always great . good service ill keep coming here

Visit after their reopening. Place looks great. However, they took away many of the foods i liked and did not add anything new. We trird to do a survey from oir recipt. But store #1235 shows as the Elk Grove stote instead of the San Jose store.

The Steak....again...as always was grisily and tough. Only this location which is at Capital Exp and Aborn. The server and cashier were awesome but the meat ruins it every time...the salad bar is updated and clean. I would return for the salad♡

Casual family dining with a wide variety of menu choices. Salad bar offers additional choices on top of posted menu items. The food is usual Sizzler fare its tasty but not 5 star.

Yes, rolls topped with butter right out of the oven. 2 min wait for delicious double buger with bacon!!! RAFAEL was quick, polite and efficient. Thanks Sizzlers!!!

If youre looking for a large quantity of cheap, mediocre food, Sizzler is it. I went for the salmon, and the salad bar, and avoided anything I didnt recognize.

Moderately priced. $15 + for weekend lunch. service on slow side. salad bar not well stocked BUT it was busy. Place is clean and workers are friendly.
