weve been a loyal customer for many years now... but the past three time weve visited this location is been disapointment. first time chicken wasnt ready. they said it would take ten mins, ended up more than thirty. second time grilled chicken wasnt cooked all the way. had to throw away. couldnt make the trip back due to travel issues.. and just recently we had to wait ten mins which i know would take more so we disided to order popcorn value menu, employees denied us of a popcorn chicken value menu which everyone knows is on a value menu.. tried to charge my family more than four dollars of an value menu size... very disapointed... im pretty sure many customers had this same problem... it been the late shift so i dont know!!!!

Im always disappointed when I come here.. they take long greet and take someones order... and Im saying both inside and drive-thru. The food is also never ready and since there rushing it, it doesnt even get cooked right.

Love love KFC. Hate hate hate that they never have chicken pot pie but yet its on the menu and even promoted with TV and window ads at their restaurants. I dont get it
