Messed up my order 3 times in a row, when They came to deliver the correct pizza this time the manager denied he gave me the wrong one even though i had the pizza infront of him. Not only that but i still dont have my full order and the manager tried to sell me a 2 liter he had instead of giving it to me for waiting 2 hours. Ive worked delivery for 2 years and cant believe a business is run so poorly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE. The food is usually good but they are 0 for 3 on getting my prder right...

5/27/17 I definitely like the pizza from this Pizza Guys location better than the pizza I get when I order from the Walnut Creek store. Another fast, hot pizza delivered to my home last night and pizza was delicious this morning when I found it still sitting on top of the stove. One large, multi-topping pizza for $25 is still more expensive than Dominos or the like, but it was nearby and fast and it was definitely a good combination pizza!

I used to order from here once a week untill the delivery driver literally yelled at my face and was very angry that i didnt update my phone number. Guess they dont need my new number since I will NEVER buy from them again. Pizza is usually decent nothing special, but the treatment of good customers is horrid.
