This place sucks I ordered a pizza at 1:51 to be ready a 2:45. I got there at 3:00 they did not have my order ready not even sure they had made it. Asked me to wait for it needed to pickup kids at school to get them to the golf course I could not wait, thats why I ordered it ahead of time. They told me they could deliver it later to the golf course, like that was going to happen if they couldnt have it ready with almost a hours advanced notice. They said my refund would take 2-3 days WTF they cant make a pizza on time and I have to wait for my refund. Now I have hungry kids going to play a match and no time to get other food. They couldnt even give me a corporate office number to complain.

I love Round Table pizza, but will never go to this place again. Completely ruined our night. Called in an order for pick up, got there a 1/2 later and they forgot to get it started. waited 20 more mins for them to get it wrong. I know places have bad days, but this place is totally mismanaged. They had children playing in the back room, apparently children of the workers, and no one in charge. when I asked to speak to the manager the smart assd kid behind the counter "Evis" told me there was no manager. when I asked him who is in charge, he quips everyone. This place needs some supervision. save yourself the headache and go down the block to mountain Mikes

Worst pizza place EVER. I gave them many chances to prove me wrong since no business is perfect. But they are consistently terrible with service and quality. Delivery never comes in under an hour. When it does arrive it is either burnt or cold or both! When we went to eat there one pizza was, no joke, burnt! And they took longer than usual to come out. We saw many other costumes waiting for a long time for their food too. Everyone was upset and the blonde behind the counter didnt even apologize. Sorry, not my fault your service is bad, so dont give me the attitude. Yuk. Youre better off going to mountain mikes in cv. Waaayyyy better.

The staff at this particular location is always friendly and greets people with warm smiles. When you come in this location,especially on the weekends , it is always extremely busy on Friday and Saturday and staff is always willing to help and always seems pleasant. Im sure it has to do with the positive management staff. Ive had the opportunity to talk with Maia on a regular basis and Im sure her excitement and awesome customer service philosophy is shared between all of her team members. I would recommend to my friends to order their pizzas from this location. Thanks again Castro Valley Round Table. Happy New Year !

Ordered at 4:15....its after 6pm....supposed to be here at 5:05. I called ten minutes ago and they said the driver left a half hour ago. Didnt even call that they were running late and we literally live 5 minutes away. After the pizza got here it was luke warm as to be expected with being so late. Not only that I was charged for an item they didnt give me. No refund due to the manager not being there and didnt give me a copy of the receipt. Not ever ordering there again.

Delivery from this location is *ALWAYS* undercooked and limp, even when you ask them to cook it "well done". Once we went here a full hour before their posted closing time and they told us we could not order for "dine in". While we waited for the order to go, one employee proceeded to hot-mop the tile floor around our feet in the waiting area with a noxious cleaner.

Pizza ok, takes forever. Always more then an hour. Dont ask for anything out of the ordinary. And dont expect exemplary customer service they are not capable of it. They have the careless demeanor of your typical gas station attendant. Im not even sure the employees know how to smile. Perhaps management provides a poor work environment.

Maui Zowie had red bell pepper on it, not enough sauce and very little cheese. Pepperoni pizza was way too greasy and cheese cold and congealed . Order was 30 minutes late. Round table is a splurge pizza for me. I only order here to get the Maui Zowie and this time it was horrible and will not be using this location again.

The pizzas are made correctly, the salad bar is kept clean and well stocked. The pizzas are made well and quickly. I just wish they had the all you can eat buffet for lunch, if so, I would give 5 stars. The phone is answered quickly for phone orders too. They dont skimp on toppings. Friendly employees.

We ordered a Gourmet Veggie with garlic sauce and accidentally received a Red Sauce Veggie. I called today and talked to a very kind girl named Ima who kindly gave me credit for another pizza. Ive alway loved Round Table and just moved close to this store, so they will get our business.

I come here from time to time; mostly Sundays when in the mood for pizza. Unfortunately the service is hit or miss here. Employees are friendly but seem indifferent when they get behind on orders. Today my order took nearly 50 minutes. Its nice that pizza is always consistent.
