This place is a joke. They show up 1/2 hour late with cold food and then offer $4 off the order? Unbelievable. Ive been ordering from them for years. I am so done with this place. They have mediocre pizza on a good day but when you couple that with extremely poor service...Well, whats the point, really? Honestly, Pizza Hut, Round Table, frozen pizza, an old shoe or a trip to the DMV would be more appealing than ever ordering from this place again. Lost a long time customer. Congratulations clown college.

Worst place to order delivery from. If you do order for delivery, call every 10 minutes to make sure they are catually making your pizza and will deliver it. We placed an order and waited for almost 2 hours - ending up cancelling it. To top that off, the person on the phone was rude and sarcastic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Every member of my large and extended family in Castro Valley has been ordering pizza from this place for as long as I can remember. The pizza has always been great. Ive never had an issue with delivery or service. Im all about supporting our local family businesses but they make it easy with their personal service.

Didnt take card for a slice until after I made to leave, then charged me extra for it. It tasted pretty good, but afterward the slice made me feel unwell. Not worth it overall.
