Horrible horrible horrible I HAVE GONE MULTIPLE TIMES AND ITS ALWAYS TERRIBLE SERVICE L, BUT THIS TIME QAS THE WORST ON SUNDAY THE 15TH 2015 I WENT TO THIS LOCATION AND WAITED IN TJE DRIVE THRU AT LEAST 10 MINUTES WHEN I GOT TO THE THE SPEAKER TO MAKE AN ORDER I HAD TO WAIT 10 MORE MINUTES TO MAKE MY ORDER, I finally MAKE ORDER AND GET TO THW WONDOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT 25 MINUTES BECAUSE THERE IS NO CHICKEN!I MEAN HOW IS THERE NO CHICKEN? AND THEY DONT TELL YOU AFTWR WAITING AT LWAAT 45 MINUTES. I WAS SO UPSET AND FELT LIKE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED TO ME BEFORE I WAITED SO LONG AND ALL THE CASHIER SAID WAS SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I HOPE I CAM CALL CORPORATE OR SOMETHING THEY LITERALLY GOT ME REALLY UPSET. ; (

Youve probably had Popeyes before and if you havent, its pretty much the same thing as KFC. Theyve got fried chicken, mashed potatoes, etc. etc. This particular branch is connected to the Shell gas station so if you cant see it off Pipeline or Grand, thats because theres trees blocking the sign, but its there. Overall food here isnt super good and its very greasy, but then its fast fried chicken, so there isnt much to expect. One thing to note is that wait times here get pretty long for some reason although there really arent that many customers around. My suggestion if youre looking for fast fried chicken? Go to the KFC or ditch the fried stuff and go to the El Pollo Loco not too far away.

Really bad service. The girl alisia who took our order was so inconvenienced by us walking up and placing an order. Then she yawned in our face and turned around and started talking to someone else. We had to wait 20 minutes to get mild not spicy chicken so like idiots we waited and when the chicken was ready the girl gave all bisquits to other custoners instead of building our order and failed to make more to complete our order so now we have to wait for bisquits to be made. Ya sometimes you have to wait. But the service was so bad it made the wait regretful. The other girl working apologized and tried to be helpful. But we will never go back. Good luck if you go.

Worst experience ever. Went for lunch and decided to get 5 pc tenders for to go. When I handed my $10.00 bill to this lady (manager) she looked on ny bill and told that my money is the old $10 version and she hesitate to accept it. I told her what is wrong with my bill? She said nothing it just too old and she asked me to check with the bank....so, I decided to cancell my order and go to my favorite place Jollibee and spend my $10 there...with NO issue at all. That will be my last time going to this place and I will spread it to all my friends.

I love the food, dont get me wrong (although, the chicken could be fresher at times) but the service is awful. Very rude if I ask them for an extra sauce, and the time in the drive through always takes 10-45 minutes! (yes i have waited 45 minutes for 3 piece chicken meal). They either need to train there employees better, or they need to fire them and hire new ones. Although the food is awesome and i have always loved there food. They need to FIX there service though...

Terrible. They give you 1 sauce for 5 strips and I asked for only BBQ and they gave me ranch which was watered down! Then my drink wasnt even sweet. It was watered down. I also ordered spicy chicken and they gave me pieces that werent. Its like they dont give a damn, they just wanna get you out. I wont be returning. If you go there, make sure you check all your food!

Love popeyes, but the service is a stinker here....they dont serve your food by desceorder.....they try to do to much orders at the same time, so now you have 5 orders waiting for 15mins plus cool food! Make sure you check your order, I can guaranteed your missing something....you literally have to ask for forks, sauces, napkin and your drink.

Connected to a shell gas station but it still good parking . The employee look moody sometimes but they are mostly friendly and welcoming like your family . They seem stress with little staff they have but work really hard so the wait on food worth it
