Pizza Hut, I used to love you (as far as chain pizza restaurants go). Your crispy, oily pizza filled what used to be a relatively healthy hole in my heart. I used to read books for "BOOK IT!" just so I could get a free pizza. Our relationship is no longer the same. Heres why. I ordered one pizza at approximately 6 PM. I called at 7:15 PM to check on the status, and was told it would arrive shortly. I called again at 7:40 PM, and was told my order was cancelled. No consolation prize; no explanation. I was offered a reorder, and customer service told me it would be here by 8:30 PM. Yes, it would take another 50 minutes of waiting (since, you know, other orders are obviously more important than my order made at 6 PM). After refusing this offer, customer service magically changed their estimate to 8 PM! I didnt realize we were negotiating. Pizza Hut, I refuse to be in this abusive relationship any longer. Work on your customer service skills and maybe youll be able to retain lifelong customers -- just not this one. Goodbye.

Pizza Hut has disappointed me twice now. Im old, so I forgot the first time. On Sunday March 5 2017 at 7:30 PM I ordered a large Supreme Pizza, thin crust with extra cheese to be delivered in 40 minutes for $27.01. Im not used to paying that much for a pizza. It was delivered on time. After the man left I opened my box, to find the thinnest pizza I had ever seen........maybe 1/4" of ingredients. I cut up one slice for my dog, and I was so hungry, I ate the rest.........except the outside crust, which was so hard it nearly broke my teeth. Over time the quality and service at this location has deminished. Occassionally you get a good order and the next you wonder why are you getting day old pizza. The kicker is that awesome new $5 menu you see all over TV. Well you will not get that deal here, as a matter of fact you will not get a lot of the deals here. Apparently this location has opted out. Dont believe me attempt to add to an order online, you dont have to check out just try to add. I assumed it was some sort of gliche however when talking to them, Nope.

Unfortunately this store is the worst ever! Last two orders werent scheduled to be delivered for two plus hours...both on a Tuesday night...and they didnt arrive for over three hours! When you call your made to feel like they are doing you a favor! Its sad as i think theyve lost a customer forever.

My daughter has celiac disease and the staff at the camarillo location take VERY SPEACIAL precautions to have any cross contamination.

Occasionally the food will taste like it was left out of refrigeration for to long before it was cooked. Service is hit or miss.
