Terrible. Bread Was stale Last few times Ive been there. Today, I ordered a sandwich hard as a rock. I couldnt believe she had the audacity to crunch open a stale French bread and sell it to me like was just cooked. Then I took it back inside to get it remade and that was the freshest bread they had. If you can go to the other subway in new Lenox 100 times better then this one. And thats not including today they were out of Lettus and mustard.

This subway used to be a really good place to stop and eat, truck parking and diesel pumps around back. Now, every time I come here they have new employees and the ones that stay here dont do their job very well. Terrible wait times, slow service, and just plain Slow. I wouldnt recommend this subway at all.

Bread was stale. Service very very slow. Lettuce was browning. Tomatoes didnt taste right. The only person working on arrival was a special needs boy who seemed overwhelmed. He should have had help. After 20 minutes of waiting for two orders ahead of us, another worker showed up but didnt do anything.

Horrible service turtle, no sloth, no snail slow service 3rd person in line took me 18 minutes to get out and thats only because a kind lady allowed me on front of her realizing herself how slow staff was unacceptable

Girl was missing for about ten minutes then had the nerve to give attitude and move slower than a turtle Edit: I wrote this while this in line, this POS subway didnt even have half the menu!

This place is terrible. The lazy manager doesnt do anything and over work their employees and is always out of food! How is this even open still
