Today Sunday October 30 My husband kody and i use order inside and the 1 time was ok we sitting inside waiting for our food and late and the manager she say sorry and give us 5 doller off and we was oh ok thats ok... Until 2 time we order online again hopping that it lil bit better than 1 time but it wasnt we went to get our order and they didnt let us to know that one the sauce was out until the last mine when we just park at 5:56p and then the lady was working told me that it be 25 mine and we order to go at 6pm so i say ok and my husband come by me he pick other sauce and thats ok but they should call us early befor 6pm and we waiting i look at clock at was 628pm and we walk over the ask for our food is done and lady that work there ask us the name and we told them and find out that our food was already done haft hour ago and we waiting in the inside and they let us know that our food was done but they didnt and again the manager give us 5 dollar off two of them and we like ok thats 2 time we order and just those day that we treat ourselves but this we wasnt happy about it how they treat they costomer when they order to go or online and they should work on that and they should let theyre costomer if they our of one the sauce 2 hour ahead of time befor 6pm not at last mine and our food was already cold and look die... Im sorry i work at restaurant and we dont let our costomer wait half hour and we go up the our costomer with theyre nice and hot food and ask from name and hand over the food and other thing the manager ask them what waiting one and go from there but i know all restaurants is different but still need to work on they toke out/to go.

Terrible terrible terrible. I took my family of 6 there for a fathers day meal, I got cold wings. No biggie, he(Sawyer) offered to replace them with some fresh ones. 20 mins later, still no wings. By this time the rest of the family has finished their meals and they are waiting on me. A few mins later I was asked if I just wanted my wings to go so I said not to even worry about it and asked for my bill. He brought me a bill for the wrong table totalling almost double what my bill was. So I gave it to the table next to me(whose bill it was) and waited for the correct bill. Got the second bill and not only was the food I got cold that wasnt replaced still on my bill(after he said he would remove it) there was a second charge for the replacement wings that I never got!!! Now we are at the 3rd attempt at getting the bill and its a success, it was right! My family and I get up to leave and pay the bill using a card and when we get to the counter I am told by the employee working that my server has to ring me out(he is nowhere to be found) minutes later(family is loaded up in the truck waiting for me) I ask for the manager who takes her time to come out to talk to me and also says I need to pay the bill with my server. At this point I am ready to blow up, all I want to do is pay for my terrible meal so I can go home and eat something! Finally I just handed her the receipt that was now right and some cash and walked out. I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy, much less take my family there ever again.

Food is consistent - my complaint is that when I visit, is normally the hour before closing on a Friday (my boyfriend lives out-of-state and this is one of the few places open by the time he gets into town). The restaurant is always a mess (food on the floor, drinks spilled in the main entry area). I get it, were following the rush... but there are always a number of employees standing around talking, waiting for closing. They could at least make an effort to clean up a bit while theyre still open and there are customers... it would go a long wait in improving our experience.

Went there only twice and I will never return. First night my box was only half full of chips on my chips and dip order and my boneless wings were a few short, but I didnt count. Next day, tried the same thing and even asked for more chips. I received another half empty box of chips and dip, also they put pico de gallo in the dip when I asked for the not to. Also I counted my boneless wings this text and there were supposed to be 12 but I only received 10. Adiós Buffalo wild wings!

The server we had started out great by telling us a good deal from what we ordered but after we ordered he would only come back when the food came out. We had to flag him down to get a refill on our drinks and then again when we wanted our bill. Sitting in this restaurant for an hour when it was only a 30 minute meal wait time and us eating it is ridiculous. He was more worried about getting a tip from the table of 5 rather than his other tables of 2.

Worst service ever, took about 12 minutes before the server even greeted us and then took a few extra minutes to come back she blamed it on computer issues. Finally got to order and carded me and my husband who are well over 21 which was ridiculous and I wasnt running out to my car to clgrab my id, and there is probably 10 tables sitting and she acted like it was busy on a Monday night.

Has to be one of the worst corporate chains. They cant even make a decent burger, or salad or wrap. The boneless "wings" are just piles of "chicken" meat smothered in some kind of chili pepper extract to make you think they have "flavor." Service is OK at best. No wonder they have so many TVs -- to distract you from the lousy food.

I went in to get take out and walked right into an employee yelling at her manager. I ordered right away because it was dead inside and waited. 20 minutes later the employee behind the desk said she lost my ticket and asked me to give her my order again. I waited another 20 before I finally got my lukewarm food. Boo

Buffalo Wild Wings just like the others in the chain. The food is good but beer can be expensive if not during happy hour or the special of the month. They do have good sauce options.

With a take out order you should get plates, napkins and flatware to eat with. You work there, you know wings are messy and should also know you need a fork for a salad.

It can get a little pricey but thats any place that offers good cuisine like B-Dubs. Its fun and the place tries to keep you involved with their trivia games. Its legit.
