1 star is too much. We placed an order by phone at 5:15. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I got there around 5:50 and paid but they didnt have it ready. After waiting another 15 minutes they informed me I would be up "soon" - too late! At 6:25 I finally got my food. No offer of a refund or a coupon or anything. Just a sheepish "Sorry for your wait." I got home and they had given my wife blue cheese instead of ranch. Oh, and I forgot to mention that while I was there, other people placed orders and left with their food while I was waiting. I know there are delays and I dont mind waiting an hour for good food - but when you tell someone itll be ready in 25 minutes and then it takes 70 minutes thats just incompetence at best or dishonesty at worst. From now on, if I want wings Ill make the drive to Buffalo Wild Wings. It would have been quicker the way these folks do things.

We placed our order at 5:30. Said would be ready at 6:01. Got there to pick up at 5:49. Ticket was not fired to the kitchen yet, Waited till 7pm. Watched as the entire restaurant turned over. Most of these customers came in after me. When i went to check on my order got excuses about why it wasnt ready. Ask for my money back. There was never any attempt to "make me happy". As she was getting my money back, my order came up. She continued to give me my money back and told the cook she did not need that order. Let me walk out without anything. Customer service not on the menu. Dont get why the only thing on the menu is wings and fries and they cant get 10 out in an hour and a half. Management seemed to be totally absent. Remember ill tell 10people and they will tell 10 people and so on and so on.

Holy god this place is bad. We tried to call in an order. We ordered "12 hot wings", to which the response of the employee on the phone was "we dont sell that". Perplexed I asked, "You dont sell hot wings, just like regular hot wings". She said, "No, we dont". She then informed me they have original, spicy and some other flavors. So I ordered 12 original. I waited about 20 minutes and drove to pick it up, it wasnt ready. I wait there for and hour and 20 minutes before I got my wings, and they werent good. Overall, I would say the staff is laughably incompetent and the wings are some of the worst I have ever had.

Wings were good. Customer service was great. Actually the guy that was working the register was really nice. He let me and my husband try a wing of each flavor 2 c which one we wanted. I did not experience any of the negative things in the reviews. The guy even gave us an address to a church since we were on vacation there. Thanks!

I was very disappointed by the food at this location. Ive gone there during the week and gotten good food. But this weekend (April 14, 2012). The food was barely passable. I also did not get the ranch dip I ordered. Could it be because it was the weekend? I dont know, but I probably wont go there again.

My boyfriend and I went to go for a quick bite, and we thought it would be a good option. However, when we got our food each flavor was over saturating the boneless wings, and they also were not hot despite how long we waited in a restaurant where we were the only other table.

Picked up food here on a Saturday approximately 9;00 p.m in Clinton,MS. The wings were cooked to crispy ; as a result , my wife was unable to chew them ! Terrible Wings Management appear to be incompetent !
