Being from the OFallon area, we absolutely love your OFallon location, so I was ecstatic when I found out you had a location in Florissant close to my new place of employment. I decided to try this location out for lunch today, being a Friday around lunch time I figured it would be best to order online and pick up. I placed my order at 11:20 AM and got the screen that my order would be ready for pick up at 11:40 AM. I got to the establishment at 11:40 and stood in line behind a group of three men who were placing and paying individually for their orders, I then paid for my order at 11:48, I was then told to have a seat and my order would be out shortly. I sat on one of the benches you provide in front of the counter, and began to notice that the men that were in front of me in line were being served their food. After making a few runs to serve the men, a very nice lady asked my name, which I told her, she then ran back and then told me that she was finishing my sauce to put on my wings..this was at 11:55 AM. Overall, you had my order for over 30 minutes before starting it, when the group that came in before me had a total of seven minutes from the time they ordered, to when they were served. So my question is what good is ordering online? When I could have came in the store and got faster service? Or do you not start food until the order is paid for? If so, it needs to be clearly stated on the website. I called this location and asked to speak to a manager, I was then transferred to someone else that told me that the store manager was not in until this evening. I am overall incredibly disappointed in this location, as excited as I was to find this location, I overall regret the time that I wasted on my lunch hour to this horrible experience.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Im not one to go out of my way to do reviews but this was the worste experience I have ever had. Not only did I place an order to go with a girl taking my order cutting me off giving me all attitude and be told it would be ready in 12 minutes to get there 15 minutes later to still wait another 20 minutes while my wings sat on the counter getting cold with 3 other customers orders because they were in the back goofing off pushing there manager around arguing with each other. To get home in St Charles to my sons food missing out of the bag and finding hair in my food, fries not fully cooked and my wings cold. I work in customer service and this was the worste experience I have ever had. Not one person in that place had any sense of customer service and how to talk to customers. Every single person should be fired. I will never go back to the one in Florissant ever again. This place disgusts me.

I ordered online ahead of time. At about 8:30pm and asked for it to be ready at 9:45pm. Here is is 10:15pm and I am still waiting on my food. 12/8/2016 I ordered online ahead of time at 5:15 it said my order would be ready by 5:45 I showed up to pick it up and waited until 6:20 to receive my order. This place is has terrible service and the food is ALWAYS cold and soggy no matter what. Even if you ask well done or extra crispy you will still get cold and soggy. Ive tried giving this place multiple chances over the last year and every time come out dissapointed. The only recommendation I will give about this place to others is to NEVER EAT THERE! not once has it ever been worth my time or money and not once have I ever been satisfied with the food Ive received from here.

I like this wingstop especially when manager Andrea, Jarmell, John, Caleb and Andrea on the register, when you see these people the orders are always on point. When you on time to pick your food up its piping hot, the store is always clean, good friendly tunes playing t.v.s always playing some type of sports that everyone wants to see. Always greeted by smiling faces and eager workers. It helps to come in with a positive attitude its fast paced and theyre constantly busy. Hats off tho these people they work damn hard.

I asked her could she change my 10 piece into a combination with drink and fries and she got an attitude and said I need to know what I want before I order and talking about her draw and slammed my receipt down and had a hostel tone she was so upset she didnt realize she gave me my money back and when I asked her for dipping sauce she said ok and walked away and never gave it to me

I stopped in for lunch, waited 30mins to order, and another 20 mins for food. If I had only an hour for lunch I would have had to leave hungry. The girl taking orders walked off register durning the middle of rush, the guy who took over didnt have a clue on how to ring up food and spent most of the time looking for the other girl. Good was good, just to long for service and employees who dont care

This place is horrible..I ordered a 10 piece combo meal on the phone..Waited 20 mins then went to pick up ..Still had to wait 20 mins when I got there..When I asked for blue cheese dipping sauce (as I originally ordered).. the rude sales associate had the audacity to ask for the ranch sauce back!!..Simple pathetic service. Never again will I patrionize..

This place is terrible. I ordered my food and waited 45 minutes. I asked where was my order and they said one more minute its coming out. I waited five more minutes and it was still "coming out ". I asked for my refund and they did it with a little attitude. When I do actually eat food here, the wings are dry.

Regularly eat at this restaurant with my co-workers. Very pleasant atmosphere to eat in, with a friendly professional staff. As for the food its safe to say Ive become plesantly addicted to the Hawaiian style or Louisiana Rub style of wings. $0.50 boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays? Yes please.

Not the place to go if you actually enjoy buffalo wings. They are the smallest wings Ive ever seen and if you get the regular hot then you stop by the local grocery store to get some Franks Redhot in order to impart some flavor. The only plus to the whole experience was the fries. Theyre not bad.

When i went to pick up my order today instead of saying "hi welcome to wingstop how may i help you?" the associate looked at me & said "i hate my job" and waited for me to reply with my order... Every time u come here i get the same service. They are very dlo e and very rude.

Horrible service yet again.But WHATS NEW, every Wingstop location in St Louis seems to have young disrespectful adults working for them. This franchise is beyond passed their due time for failure. Ill drive an extra ten miles for Buffalo Wild Wings any day.

Great food always but terrible service. One of the most lifeless costumer service employee took my money last time and I could not even understand her. No sense of urgency at all. Call in your food so you dont have to wait 20 min plus.
