I went in with my friends (10 of us in total ) around 7pm we got seated pretty fast which is a good thing. We sit down the waitress introduces herself to us and takes our drink orders, this is when things started to turn around. She did not come back right away with our drinks( 10 minutes is the standard) Until 20 minutes later Im like ok that was weird, so we ordered our food including appetizers that was the last time we seen her until 30 minutes passed and she brings warm appetizers to our table then 30 minutes later she brings food to the table. Well she forgot to order my food so Im like ok thats weird when we ordered at the same time ( ok) so another 30 minutes pass everybody is done eating my food is not here so Im like what is this! Two people had came late kid you not they was sitting down 15 ordered and got their food and yet my food have not reached me. 10 minutes later Finally my food comes to the table I look at it and its wrong. Im upset by this time Im telling the waitress that its wrong and how long it took for my food to come out. She catches an attitude and starts rolling her neck at me saying that she works there she knows the food Im like ok but this is not right her excuse well we are busy thats what took your food so long to come out. Im like its not my fault you messed up and didnt order my food since you have an attitude let me talk to your manager. She snatched the food off the table and stomped away, the manager did not help all he said was we are busy.

If you like bdubs go there! If this place didnt have tvs no one should have a reason to come. The service seriously is horrible. Been a couple times to give them a fair chance but never again and would not recommend. Order all your food and a couple buckets of beers all at once because you wont ever see your server again. I seriously dont think anyone runs this place. Its seems like all the workers just show about and just go about the day. I am a former gm of a very popular busy food chain and would like to think I know a thing or two about customer service. This place has so much potential but is in terrible need of structure.

Their wings are generic at best, save your money and go to BWW. Their sauce is watery, but at least their bacon Mac and cheese was decent. The bartender at the bar had zero personality, and just seemed like he hated working there..... Get a new job if thats the case and dont take it out on customers. Highly disappointed with this place after hearing good things about it. BWW wings arent the best, but theyre still 10 times better than this place. This place can go out of business and I wouldnt feel sad for anyone that worked their.

I go here before every Sox game and have never had any issues. This past Saturday, my family and I went and had a couple things go wrong - wrong wings and they lost a burger we ordered. The waitress fixed both problems quickly and took off the burger on the bill. We stopped in again after the game and was told by the manager that they would comp our meal since we had problems earlier but still came back. They handled their mistakes very well and definitely gave me a reason to come back for all future games!

Came here on a Sunday night. Not too busy. Great food but our server shaniqua literally stopped by our table only once after dropping off the food. And thats because we called her over when she stopped at the table next to ours. Even then she didnt bother checking on us again. Had to go to the front and ask them for boxes and for our check. Maybe thats why they take a 15% gratuity on a 5 adult and 1 toddler group because they know the service isnt great. Will go to bww nxt time.

Awful service ... bad experience. At first I was excited about a new place it started good than the server was so distracted, I had to look for him ever time I needed a drink, he keep forgetting the orders, was more interested on leaving. So many bad things on the service... Awful. Not coming back. Ive been in the industry business for 15-18 years... this was really bad :( Never... coming back..!! If your server is Joey... run, bad server.

Terrible service at the bar. Very poorly presented cafeteria-like food. The manager/owners dont care about earning your business and it shows. From the top down, you can expect getting attitudes from everybody. If you dont want to regret spending your money in a restaurant when you couldve had a nice evening........avoid this dive. Dont waste your money or your evening here. i will never go back to to this "restaurant."

Nice wing place with a big selection on beers my experience with the food service was good it was ready in less than half hour. But the waiter was always very impatient when we tried to order most of them seem that way for what I see on their attitudes. He was a young guy who probably hates hes job and clearly doesnt wanna be there. Over all it was a good time with friends eating and drinking.

This place has some of the best food I have tasted. The wings are amazing and I would suggest getting the garlic aioli fries, theyre awesome! After a bad experience at a different wing spot, this place was a god sent. The only small downside is the service is a little slow. Also, if youre going when there is a game on expect it to be even slower because of all the people.

The absolute rudest hostess I have ever encountered. So nasty and full of bad attitude on 4/29/15. Blonde woman with snobby nose in the air. You are not located in a nice enough neighborhood to treat people with attitude like you are in Lincoln Park and you are supposed to be a fun place with wings and beers. Whoever hired that hostess is out of their mind.

I absolutly love this place! It;s usually packed all the time I go but the quality of food is great. White boneless wings YUM! I do love my food with sauce and Wings and Rings is not stingy with their sauce. Its either you love Buffalo Wild Wings or Wings and Rings and in my case its Wings and Rings. Sweet and Sour Hot!

This is basically Buffalo Wild Wings with a slightly different feel. Its not as bright and colorful as the former which I think is a plus. The service is cool, but Ive almost exclusively sat at the bar. The food is good for a sports bar, not bad but nothing to write home about. Good place to watch a game with company.

Im pissed off. First of all Ive been coming here around 12am and I know for a fact that kitchen closes at 1 normally it isnt an issue why is it that the last two times Ive been trying to come here I get turned away when its at least 15 minutes prior to 1am when the restaurant takes the last table. This is ridiculous.

Amazing food! The wings are excellent! Ask and try the sloppy fries! They aint on the menu, but if you been going for years here like me ,you will know, they are excellent, ask for them! Also their breaded cauliflower is fantastic, instead of garlic ask for buffalo and ranch/blue cheese you will not be disappointed!
