I arrived on a very cold day with my toddler to meet a friend for lunch. We got to the door right at opening, but the door was locked. The staff saw us standing in the cold and refused to come unlock the door for another 7 minutes. When we were finally let in (by now there were 2 other customers also waiting outside to come in), the staff member that opened the door didnt even greet us. Of the 3 staff members we interacted with that day, only 1 smiled when talking with us and engaged us in conversation. The other 2 acted like we were an inconvenience to their conversation.

It took an hour and a half for delivery. The soup wasnt very good. They didnt give me the correct amount of soup that I paid for then added a small amount of a different soup. Which was weird. The sandwhich I got wasnt that good either. I will not be ordering from them again.
