Temple of frozen delectable delights in Kenosha for decades, Scoops is sure to please all young and young at heart. Ever changing and far numerous varieties of ice creams, frozen yogurts, sorbets and other sweet goodies for display, taste and purchase in a number of different ways. Plenty of options for dairy free and vegan patrons, too. Set in an old time parlor ambiance, the staff works to please. Portions are large and satisfying. Outdoor seating in season. Soups and other warm dishes during fall and winter. Oh! I almost forgot, they have frozen doggy treats, too for your four legged companions.

This is the best place in town (and the midwest) for homemade, hand-dipped ice cream! This stuff is the creamiest, most delicious ever! They have oodles of flavors, including many vegan and dairy-free, nut-fee, gluten-free options. They even have gluten-free cones...how cool is that! Loaded with old fashioned candies and other goodies, too! Next door is the coolest toy store, too!

Very nice ice cream, most likely will go there again. Great quality and variety of flavors. However, would not recommend for large groups or extended stays. The interior space is very small, and gets crowded quickly. There is only one, unisex bathroom, and that doesnt even seem to lock properly. Good for a quick in-and-out frozen treat, below average for accommodating customers.

Proudly serving chocolate shoppe ice cream from Madison, Wisconsin (also known as the best ice cream in the state). Housed in the historic Orpheum Theatrrcoops is a cute little candy shop that feels like youve been transported back a few decades. Overall, a fantastic place to sit and eat some absolutely amazing ice cream.

Wonderful little ice cream parlor. Loved the decor & chill place to hang out for a scoop! Staff was eater and friendly to help & take orders. Most flavors were typical ice cream flavors. Did see some interesting ones and never can go wrong with a hard icecream place!

Best hand dipped ice cream I have had in a while with more than 50 different flavors. They also offered many different kinds of waffle and cookie cones. You can also find pre-made homemade ice cream sandwiches.

Scoops is great. We stop in here everytime were in Kenosha by the lake. The prices are pretty high (its just ice cream...) but the offerings are good and the ice cream is tasty.

They had 4 kinds of dairy free ice cream and 3 of those were also gluten free. Amazing to have that many choices for both dairy and gluten free. Tastes great too!
