I love the food and usually get great service. But every time i go on a tuesday i get pretty bad service. I went with a group and had my sister order first because she had somewhere to be at 7pm. She ordered 2 hot dogs and a polish at 6:20. My friend & i ordered a lot more than that and both got our stuff before she did. When we asked about it at 6:30 we recieved eye rolls and were told it would be right up...still at 6:45 she did not have her food. We asked what was taking so long and they said the polish sausage was made to order. At that time she asked for a refund because she had to leave. They clearly forgot about the order and seemed annoyed when we tried to inquire about it. Not the first time i had less than professionlal service from this place on a tuesday.

LARGE SIZED SUNDAES ARE NOW SERVED IN A MEDIUM CONTAINER, BUT OF COURSE, THE PRICE IS FOR THE LARGE..AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR EXTRA WHIPPED CREAM, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE..NEXT TIME, IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME, ILL BRING MY OWN WHIPPED CREAM. I DO BELIEVE THEY GIVE A TEASPOON OF HOT CARAMEL ON THE LARGE SUNDAE...VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE VALUE THIS YEAR..CUT BACKS, TOO MUCH. AT 8:30p.m. THE LINE FOR SERVICE WAS VERY LONG, AS THE "KIDS" WERE ALREADY PREPARING TO CLOSE THE STORE...DIDNT APPEAR TO HAVE ANY ADULT SUPERVISION, JUST IN A HURRY TO GET OUT OF THERE... CULVERS, WELL BE BACK...AT LEAST THERE WE GET OUR MONEYS WORTH..

The ice cream is great, and they have a drive-thru plus a small patio to eat outside. My only complaint is it can be a little expensive for ice cream, but not nearly as expensive as Cold Stone. Definitely a place to go with the kids, or with your significant other

I purchased a banana split. It was the worst Ive ever had. The ice cream was meltimg when they gave it to me. It looked like it was sitting oit for a while. It was all mushedone up like mashed potatoes. Dont visit the one in Orland Hills.

Great ice cream at a reasonable price! They offer other food as well, like sandwiches, and for breakfast they have fresh donuts. They also serve Rainbow cone. Its a nice family place.

Excellent soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt. Their milkshakes, turtle sundaes and ice cream dipped in chocolate and topped with sprinkles are among our top family favorites

Eh, nothing special. They had a big sign that said that it was $1 off the brownie sundae on Sunday but I was told that it was no longer valid even though it was Sunday.
