I actually just walked out of this restaurant. After sitting for more than 25 minutes. While waiting two families that sat down after my group ordered and received their pizzas. Two other couples came in and left because they could not get seated. I finally asked when my pizza would be ready, and was told it would be at least another 15 minutes or longer. They had to take care of the delivery orders before our dine in order. I told her this was not acceptable as I am actually here and was told they are really busy with delivery. As I got no other response, we left. Horrible experience!!

went in for the buffet..every pizza on buffet had veggies and when I asked if a pizza might be out soon that dont have veggies I was told very rudely that they follow a very stricy 25 pizza rotation that they cannot vary from if we wanted something different order from the menu...so my question if you bring in 5 kids that just eat meat on their pizza then what they get a piece and have to wait 25 pizzas to have more but still pay for the buffet....WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is fantastic except for the time their brownies were burnt and they refused to replace it, oh or the time their were BUGS IN THE PIZZA , I called and yet again they refused to replace it. I love Pizza Hut this store is poorly ran by a bunch of snobby idiots. They are also rude on the phone, unprofessional. Hire better employees because lost a customer. A faithful one at that, good job!

Theres no other way to put this, the establishment smelled like sour puke just walking in the door. Ive went a second time within the same week, and it still smells like sour puke and our order was incorrect and tried to make us feel guilty because the kitchen didnt make the pizza the way it was written!!! Never will come back

This is a terribly ran establishment. The customer service is terrible as is the food. Our hostess threw our menus on the table and simply walked away without a word. It took another 10 minutes to spoken to and the place wasnt even busy. All in all it took over 2 hours to get out of there. We will never return.

Pizza was good. Service absolutely sucked. I found the server on her phone twice and stood there for three minutes before she happened to put it down and realize I was standing there. We got refills once. She came by after my husband already went up and got our box and we were finished.

Delivery is very slow. Ive ordered pizzas a few times now and theyve practically had no sauce. A couple of times I tried ordering extra sauce and I think it had even less sauce. I complained to corporate but they just sent me a coupon. I dont want a coupon I want sauce, damn it!

I placed an order for carry out and when I got home with the pizza it was soggy like it hadnt been cooked long enough. I called and talked to the manager and he had a new one made and delivered. I appreciated the great customer service!

Friendly staff. However it took quit a while for someone to seat us since your asked to wait to be seated. Once finally seated another lengthy wait for Sever to come to table for drink & pizza order.

We ate here out of desperation. Its outdated and was understaffed when we were there on a Saturday night. Waitress was nice and our food arrived fairly quickly. Best for carry-out.

Food and service is good I ordered a sweet tea no lemon it had a lemon in it and it does not taste like sweet tea. But otherwise this place is a good place to go eat at for lunch.

Very slow service, even tho we were the only ones there. Garlic bread wasnt cooked all the way. Wings were cooked too long and pizza had way too much sauce. Very disappointed.
