The only reason I come to this store is because of convience and amazing customer service in the meat department. Otherwise, the front end employees (especially self check out and wine & spirits) make me feel extremely uncomfortable. No one ever asks if I need help, theyd rather stare me down and circle my self check out screen. But I notice theyll speak to others at the self check out section. When I visit Wine and Spirits they hardly speak and only hover around wherever Im looking. Not sure if they have me confused with someone else but Ive never done anything to be treated this way by their employees. Not sure what the training is like here but it definitely needs improvement. Or at least ask the meat dept employees how to treat customers equally and respectfully.

Everything is well done and prices are cheap. The only problem is the bus hut is open to the elements, making for a terrible end to a shopping trip if raining or it is winter. I know many disabled people who avoid shopping there when all that is available to them that day is the bus. Not only is it open to the air, but to get to it you have very little time to cross a very intimidating street. A little work needs to be done, 5 stars otherwise.

I love Festival. The staff is always friendly. The food is always fresh. The alcohol is always affordable. I appreciate a clean store, and their Festival never disappoints. The food is sold at a slightly higher price than Wal-Mart or Aldi, but you can shop smart using coupons to bring it down. And besides, its worth the extra cost for the quality and experience.

Festival Foods have an excellent selection of groceries as well as a very good meat and produce sections as well. The sales are often quite good. The customer service however sets them apart by a wide margin. The employees there are always polite, friendly, and eager to help in any way.

I enjoy shopping here, apart from the fact that the hot food bar consistently runs out of some items, like egg rolls, by noon and isnt refilled. I asked an employee to tell a manager about this, but I stopped by recently and the situation hasnt changed. Otherwise Id give a higher rating.

This is a good stop for the basics and a few other more not so basic items. This is one of the smaller stores in the Coulee region and as such has a smaller selection of goods. Regardless of the size, it still keeps true to the Festival Foods values.

Good clean supermarket with friendly and helpfull staff. Deli meats are average, breads are just ok. Butcher shop is very, very, good (they seem to try hard, and have experienced leadership in that department ). Liqour shop is average. Ho hum.......

Fair prices for a store that works to be a step up from Walmarts quality. A little more pricey for local produce, deli and meat sections but good for anyone looking for more quality for just a bit more cost.
