I am from Onalaska and this restaurant is Overdue for a remodel. The floors are terrible, they are sticky and the main walkway carpet is BLACK. They dont even try to cover it with a rug. My shoes stuck to the floor when walking on it. The entry did smell pretty bad but the bathrooms were okay. Our waitress Rachel was GREAT. She was overloaded with customers and working her tail off. Unfortunatley there were two hostess ladies standing at the front a lot doing nothing. One hostess was annoyed when a customer returned a dirty glass of orange juice to her (not HER job). She was busy putting a new menu flyer on each table and ignored the dirty tables all around us. Rachel was the only one taking dishes. She is by far the BEST waitress I have seen in a long time. The other waitress seemed to be doing their jobs fine but I even heard the hostess girls at the door talking about how many tables Rachel had and they seemed to think that was funny. HOW SAD! Also... the hostess gave us a box to fill up with muffins, ect. as part of their normal Up selling....the bad part was that the box was very dirty. It looked like it had sat at 50 tables and never been used. If you want someone to buy bakery dont give them a box with old food, fingerprints and smudges all over it. Perkins also changed their coffee to a darker brew. Didnt care for that brew at all. I loved their coffee and sad to see that changed. We used to love our Perkins but this had to be told. I have also left the comments to the resturant and hope they will CLEAN the place up. While they are doing that they need to train their staff to be a TEAM. Kudos to Rachel for being a graceful and talented waitress, you deserve a better place to work!

Havent had good luck with Perkins at either location but this one was no different story. I came with a large group we filled the whole back room for a reserved party. I ordered an egg Hollandaise dish with biscuits, bacon and potatoes. When my meal came I had no Bacon and my Potatoes were cold already. I then told our server and she went back and got it and that took 5-7 minutes on top of our already long wait to get our food. I get it its a big group by why only have 2 waitresses working such a large group maybe 3 at least. My Boyfriends sister in laws meal was also incorrect and she had to send it back because it was also cold. Will never return to either location.

Food was terribly made. Had to wait over an hour for our food due to them being understaffed with planned arrivals of large groups. Brought out completely burnt tater tots. And fried hash browns. Im usually a good tipper but today..... not so much... had talked to a few other costumers who also stated they waited 45 mins just for a waitress to come to the table! You should always be staffed when you have large groups during a busy weekend .... I am very displeased with my visit... also got charged 8 dollars for a single waffle not a typo just a waffle!!! No meal! Talked to a manager and got 2 dollars off my bill.. complete bullcrap!

I went to this establishment today, the food was good, the waitress was excellent. After eating I walked toward the restroom and you could see directly into the kichen. It was filthy! There were buns, fries, lettuce and clutter matter all over the floors! Had I seen the kitchen prior to eating I would have turned right around and left! It was 12:00 when I saw the kitchen and my thought was why is all the "dinner" food left on the floor since the breakfast time was just over for most people. I will NOT be going back to that particular Perkins!

Dirty table and floor when we got seated. When getting seated we asked for something so we could wipe down the table and area even more as the bus girl, who needs customer service training, gave us some looks when we made this request. We used to enjoy this location. Not so much anymore. :( Took forever to get our food. Our waitress was the only bright spot of our visit today.

This place smelled disgusting, my husband and I walked in and the entry way smelled like dog, then we sat down and it smelled like dog mixed with rotten sludge. So we left. My husband who worked at restaurants said its because they need to clean their floor grates in the kitchen. Gross, who wants to eat around that smell.

The food is not good at all. I would give no stars but that is not an option. Undercooked chicken and over cooked separated hollandaise sauce. Food all over the booths stuff sticky and funky everywhere on the floors. Waste of my time and money.

Dont listen to previous ratings, whoever posted that obviously has vested interest in promoting some of the most disgusting food known to man. If you want food and service this bad, go to hardees and save yourself some time and money.

The floor was not clean due to crumbs - no vacuum overnight as we meet at 0600 on Thursday. The ceiling tiles have been out for several weeks. the wait staff always has a great attitude. The food is Perkins great!

Wonderful service!, Great food and drinks. Very family oriented, even when busy still have excellent service and great food. Never a problem or bad experience, been coming here for almost 6 years now.

Silverware was not clean before wrapping it took 4 wrapped Silverware before the waitress found a clean one waitress shirt and apron was filthy and had white animal hair on it besides.

Use to love it but over the winter got a lot of new servers who seem lazy and not interested in doing their jobs. Out of last 4 visits they have made a mistake or burnt out food

Dont listen to previous ratings, this is a nice and clean restaurant, friendly staff and they know how to cook eggs right, both Perkins in the lacross area are very good

This Perkins has amazing food and is run very well and has a friendly atmosphere. Their is very good service and the food is delicious! It is highly recommended by me!

Food was cold. Hashbrowns werent cooked all the way. They forgot my kids fries, brought them out and said no charge. Yep, they were on the bill. Not worth a $40 bill.
