The subs are great here. Its the same concept as Quiznos, which Oak Creek used to have, but Potbellys food is much better. The ordering process could be a little more streamlined - you have to repeat your order to three different people. The employees are nice and quite helpful, a definite positive. Great service and great food! I will definitely come back again.

Potbellys is my favorite sandwich shop in Milwaukee. It is so great to finally have another Potbelly location in Milwaukee. For too long the only way to go downtown. With the new location there seems to be a push for the app which I just downloaded. So far so good.

Nice, friendly customer service, they work fast! The Wreck Sandwich is great with all the trimmings. The bread is perfectly toasted, the cookies are fresh, BBQ potato chips are tasty. Clean place to eat!
