Ive eaten at this location before, but my experience there today really stood out and I felt compelled to leave a review. An employee made a few mistakes on my tables order, and after bringing the items back to the counter to have them remade, the manager insisted on refunding our entire meal, ~$20. I told her, "you dont have to do that", and she replied, "youre right, but were going to". She immediately made a new sandwich and salad and she refunded our credit card while I was standing there. She turned what would have been a sub-par experience into an excellent one. Props to her and whoever hired her. This is a shop that does business the right way. Even with the mistakes I will definitely be back.

Great little sandwich shop. Sometimes I have even seen someone playing acoustic live music here. I always love their sandwiches and chips. Would like it if they didnt charge extra for cucumbers though :-/
