The food is great, and the people are nice but the management team never staffs this location well to operate the drive-thru window along with the inside line well. If waiting in line inside I have waited through the line for up to 45 minutes usually while the manager is doing anything but helping. The last visit here was my longest wait while the manager and what looked like a district manager sat behind the line at a table with a laptop talking numbers. This while the 10 people in line waited FOREVER as the people in cars were helped almost exclusively. This location will close soon enough if you keep ignoring the customers waiting in your lines. If you cannot hire enough people then the managers better be working extra hard until they do have enough help to work the inside line and the car line. You are taking our patience and MONEY for granted.

If I could give it a -5 stars I would do it. I said no hot peppers and guess what.....it had hot peppers. This is the worst restaurant in ALL of Chicago!!! Customer services SUX. I wouldnt let my dog eat this junk!!! Please dont eat here!!! An update: The manager refund my money.

Potbelly is always a good place to go for quality sandwiches, but this one always goes the extra mile and has live music as often as they can. Great place for quality food and fun atmosphere. Love it.

Sandwiches are ok. I asked for oil and vinegar on my sandwich, and the staff member waited until after he put oil on it to tell me they dont carry vinegar.
