Holy hell does this place need some work. The staff is horribley trained. The soup we ordered was forgotten about by the staff, and then we were forgotten about. When i finally spoke up about not getting my soup the employee handed me 2 cold soups. When i noticed it was cold (and i mean i stuck my finger in it and there was no warmth what so ever) i asked if they had any warm soup. I was not the only person with this issue there was 5 other customers with the same issue. Well update im now sitting at the table still waiting for my soup 15 min later and guess what... NO SOUP!!! Cmon man get your s@$# together. Tighten it up and get some competent people to understand hot and cold and food standards. Oh and i still dont have any soup out of the 3 choices. Management is awful you can clearly see the lack of experience dealing with customers and fixing a situation.

Always a good choice for a good sandwich. Their slightly toasted sandwiches go well with their nice drink and chip options. Deserts: If you havent tried them, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are awesome; Im addicted to their Dream Bar; not sure if on the menu, but you can order an ice cream sandwich with vanilla and your choice of cookies

This location has great team work, staff and food. I always enjoy coming into the store. I might not know everyones names but they certainly know me as "The Sugar Cookie Monster" that comes in the evenings.
