our soup we got was cold and we got burnt onion rings and drinks, she kept forgetting our drinks and then she brought our soup back that was looked to be heated up in the microwave, we decided to leave since the food wasnt coming and the staff was busy hanging signs in their restaurant, as walking out he came out after us and told us we were stealing... No we didnt steal anything. If your going to run a business and not serve people in a timely fashion(we understand its not fast food) but we waited 45 minutes for our food.. Nobody else was in the restaurant.....Stealing is if you actually eat something.. Jeff didnt treat us well at all, I was really disappointed in him as THE OWNER. He keeps threatening to call the cops but if he instead decided to make it right with us we would of changed our minds but instead he said Just leave and he didnt want our business... Word of mouth gets you business and we will NEVER go back. This was our first time there also.. Never again..

Came for a night out with my mom and grandpa, food was ok... not the best Ive ever had not the worst waited awhile for our food the waitress kept taking our drinks when they were half gone for a refill but kept forgetting to bring them back, when we finally got our food she had messed up 2 of the 3 orders messed up she mixed up my fries for potatoes and my moms entire meal, she order some noodles with grilled chicken and ended up with a grilled chicken sandwich and to make up for it they offered a free dessert or small discount on our ticket (which turned out to be a $4 dollar discount!) ... not exactly pleased with our visit

OMG Finally a place where price, taste and comfort are equal. I am so impressed Im gong to make that a part of my entertainment night as often as possible. The place is as clean as a hospital without the rude staff. Speaking of the staff, they actually work as a team. It is a refreshing change from the bar burgers, the chain restaurants and the so called diners that pack you in only for frozen pre- prepared food. I call food real and fake and its been a very long time since I dined at a place with real food.my bill was about the norm and the portions, flavor and atmosphere made the experience so "Fn" perfect. Thank you.

Stopped in for an appetizer and drink. Only two other customers were waiting to be served lunches. Their order came out wrong and we waited 45 minutes for an order of cheese curds, an order of bruschetta and a cup of soup. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. This was our second time there. First time we had sandwiches and had the same quality of service. We wont be back. Too bad because the place is beautiful.

Buggyworks makes the BEST CHEESE CURDS we have EVER had--and we are cheese curd connoisseurs! Buggyworks even beats curds at The Old Fashioned in Madison (a close second). I think their winning combination is: the fresh curds direct from the cheese factory, homemade batter, and the love. Great atmosphere, good prices and friendly service. One of my favorite restaurants overall. Love it!

Great food and customer service! Is just the start. Offering a flavorful selection of appetizers like hand battered Cheese Curds, Onion Rings and great Chicken Wings! The main entries range from Steak to Salmon, with great mashed potatoes as well as macaroni and cheese. the location is just off the Monroe Wi, Historic square!

We were visiting my brother in Monroe and they introduced us to Buggyworks. What a quaint restaurant!! And the food was delicious and the waitress was very helpful and friendly. Seeing the actual buggy and pictures of the history of the company was fun! Thank you for a wonderful evening and good food!!

Didnt particularly care for their food. The atmosphere seemed cold and a confused mix of new and old without really making it work. They were expensive too and their wait staff were snobs who took forever to do their jobs. I will not be returning.

Waited 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken. There was broken glass all over the floor and the waitress said oh I didnt even know. I dont know how you could have missed it. There was only one other party there!

Jeff Ewale and his staff are always professional and the food is phenomenal, especially their Reuben. I highly recommend you check it out as the restaurant utilizes the buildings history as a former buggy factory.

The cheese curds are to die for!! I had the Bourbonworks Burger and it was pretty good. It needed some sort of sauce, but I would order it again. The fries are also really good. Waitress was very friendly.

It sucked. Went in for a cocktail... Waited too long for a meal walked down the sidewalk to visit some one came back and our vehicle was tagged by buggyworks for parking too long. Wont be back.

Decent sandwiches and sides. The beer battered cheese curds are good but they get a little heavy after a handful like Cheese Days curds do. Mac & cheese was cooked well but a little bland.
