I guess with so many Indian restaurants now a days, each one must realize that no one rest. is the best in terms of cooking, therefore, one must try very hard to please their customers in other ways. How about excellent customer service!! For example, bring the damn water right away. Do not make me look for a wait staff. Do not just dump the food on the table and walk away. Please smile when bringing the food and ask if there is anything else the customer wants. Work on making your customers feel special!! Like I said, there are so many Indian places to choose from! We had three different wait staff. The last one was the owner and wow, she demanded that I take the last peace of appetizer instead of asking if I wanted it. I had to ask three times for a bag. Oh, she never smiled. Will not go back. When you want that much money for food that was served on dog plates, please, I would rather go elsewhere. Yes, dog plates and bowls. The restaurant was very nice but why would you serve my food on a $1 ceramic white little bowl? Seriously? I am used to American style customer service and YOU now work in America, please, please, try to act like an American and at least pretend to like your customers!! Taste of India in Brookfield has ok customer service but the BEST food in town and good portions. Barbecue Grill served my main dish on a small white ceramic bowl!!!! Awful, awful, awful.

I was sold the moment I walked in and saw one of the cooks impaling marinated chicken pieces on a skewer and putting it into the Tandoori. None of the MKE restaurants have a tandoori so that makes this place the best Indian eatery north of Schaumburg. We ordered Mango martini, Chicken tikka (appetizer), Lamb Marsala and chicken karahi. Keep reading if you want to know more. Mango martini- For an Indian restaurant it was pretty good. Chicken tikka- REALLY GOOD. Reminded me of the dhabas in India Lamb Marsala- Chicken karahi- loved the sauce and the presentation. Overall the most authentic Indian restaurant in MKE.

Ive been to Bollywood Grill several times now, and I have always been 100% satisfied. The food is delicious, expertly prepared, and nicely presented. The service is outstanding from the warm greeting at the door to professionally trained wait staff. I have introduced Bollywood Grill to family, friends and colleagues, and they all were pleased and have returned on their own. I find Bollywood Grill to be a place for a quick lunch, a leisurely scrumptious dinner, or a place to party. I will definitely continue to patronize Bollywood because it provides a five star dining experience.

I have been there a couple of times. The food is good. Its just a little on the expensive side compared to other Indian restaurants in a area, but worth the price. Maybe they need to be consistent with their quality- chicken tandoori was really soft and juicy the first time around once and not so yummy the second time around. I also loved their buffet. Id recommend their buffet anytime. Chat there was yummy! Shahi paneer was delicious. Almost everything I tried in the buffet was good (except for the tandoori chicken).

We enjoyed an incredible meal on Christmas Eve day at this wonderful restaurant! We started with the mango drinks, which were awesome, and proceeded to try as much as possible on this magnificent buffet. The atmosphere was great and the service was, too. I understand that the Taste of India in Brookfield is also great, so we will also try that. We were especially impressed with our waitress, Nitu (spelling?), a delightful young woman and daughter of the very hospitable owners! Keep up the good work...

I recommend Bollywood Grill to anyone looking for a restaurant in Milwaukee! Their food is authentic and always deliciously prepared. Wait staff is polite and highly accommodating. The owners are very welcoming and host great parties in their party hall! The space itself is well-used and has a warm feel to it, inviting crowds of all ages. Definitely visit this popular Indian restaurant for an enjoyable meal.

Delicious food..we have visited 6-7 times and every time they have met our expectation. Chicken patiala , chili shrimps , chicken tikka masala are super awesome..biryani is also good. Twice we have visited with American friends so they have modified our food according to them and kept it very mild. All other time we always asked them all our meals to b spicy and they made it..highly recommend!!!

I ate at Bollywood Grill with a large group of people after an event. We ended up ordering a 5 entrées for 6 people, and had plenty of food leftover. Everything was very tasty! We order for mild spice, as a member of our group didnt like super spicy foods, and I found that only one part of the multiples dishes was beyond that level. I am definitely planning on coming back again!

Liked the host. Food was awesome. I come across first Indian restaurant that has ketpt restroom cleaned as per American restaurant businesses. Spacious and and sitting arrangements in front is very nice. They need to work on dinning sitting arrangements i felt tables were small, may be they get full during lunch time.

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Went for the buffet & everything was very made fresh. I really enjoyed the butter chicken and paneer. Not to mention the mango lassi. Our server -Neetu (I think its how its spelled) checked on us often & water was refilled promptly. I will be going again soon!

Quite honestly, this is my favorite Indian restaurant in Milwaukee! They really get the flavor right. Having lived in Nepal before and spent a month in India, it can be hard to find that perfect melody of spices to fit my cravings when I long for some good food from the subcontinent! Keep up the good work.

The food is really good. Me and my friends always come to this place and sit for hours. The staff is really friendly and nice. The place is pretty big and they also have a banquet hall for parties and small functions. Its also comparatively cheaper than other indian restaurants.

Food is amazing. Served fresh every time I have been there. A slight disagreement with our server was settled promptly upon a brief return trip to the manager. Over all if you know Indian food well. You will be right at home and surprised with their culinary direction.

Ahhh love their lunch buffet! It is really good food. Lots of vegetarian options as well as lots of choices for meat lovers. They have some very spicy dishes and also not spicy at all so I think anyone can find Smth they love! Very fairly priced for what you get!

Chili paneer, chicken were not authentic. Dahi puri had spilt curd with unauthentic sev. Mysore masala dosa, sambar were also a poor representation of flavor. Aloo parantha was tasteless Gobi parantha stuffing had nothing but raw cauliflower with no seasoning.
