I visited OCB @ Bricktown yesterday, the food, overall was okay, some things were better than others. However, what was most disappointing, was not the food @ all. The carpet smelled very badly. The overwhelming smell greets you soon after you pay for your food at the register. Ive been to this location, off and on for many, many years, Im not sure if theyve ever changed the carpet, but its definitely time to consider it. Perhaps, removed the carpet and instead replace it with hard wood floors, this way it eliminates this from happening in the future....Thanks...

Me and my wife come here once in a while we had a bad experience today the chicken was raw and pink inside I took a bite of the chicken the skin came off and the whole thing was pink and yes the cashier is rude with her damn comments had a nerve to say that its the seasoning of the chicken and the manager had a nerve to grab a chicken teared it open with a fork trying to prove me wrong I told him that one cook but mines is pink all he said was sorry about that I didnt get a refund or nothing

Ive been going to OCB on Lincoln and love it there. When I came to the Brickyard location, it was a really bad experience. I get out of work late and took my family out for dinner. When it was near closing time, they told us they were closing all the food stations while we were still on the table. We were 9 all together and payed for a night out and was not satisfied. They refused to leave any utensils for use. And refused to serve any sweets or ice cream. I will not be going there again.

Lets start with walking in the door my cashier she was on her phone speaking to me why holding her phone non-professional second of all bathrooms was horrible when you walking out there was a smell by the door the rugs in the floor was very sticky the only good thing that was good was the food and the guy who was picking up my food my plates please correct this the last time I was here was 10 years ago and this is the reason why I stopped coming so I guess see you in 10 more years,,,,

Ok, honestly, this place is kinda depressing. The variety of food is small. Alot of the food doesnt taste very good (the Mac and cheese is basically noodles in yellow colored water). The place is not very clean. Me and my brother came here, and it was just sad. Definitely NOT worth the $32 I spent for two people. I can see why all the other locations are closed by now. This location is the only one really left for Western suburbs and west side Chicago. Avoid!

I havent been in this place since I was 12 years old , so me and my gf had this idea to go there last night. Worst decision we ever made! It was horrible the food was cold, the floor was Slippery, there was trash under our table. I really wanted to get up and just ask them for my money back.! Oh and the lady who works in the front was very rude . I really think a health inspector should go into that place.

We went to old country buffet Wednesday we were one of the first people to come for lunch you would think everything would be clean since they just opened the tables were all sticker the man had to wipe off the chairs at our request there was food all over the floor.its a filthy place I told the manager about it all he said is Im sorry never going back.Know wonder why most of them are closing down filthy

Didnt replenish food dishes in timely matter. When I went to get dessert the carrot cake was so hard on the outside. Went back to ask for a fresh piece the manager did the following: look past me and asked another man can he help him, who indicated that he should wait on me. Then I told him I was next, he waved his hand and sighed before asking, what is it you need? This was poor customer service.

To one and all This place, this place, this place was very dirty! From the entrance passed the glass doors, passed the dividers the hand rails, the carpeting, the rest rooms omg! Poor management is an issue here Everything just looked worn down. An upgrade should have occurred 20yrs ago, last but not least some of the food tasted stale the coffee cups had permanent stains in them, ewe!

We always have lots of fun when we go to Old Country Buffet. The food is good the selection is good and it is very clean and fresh. Only two things....wish they would have baked fish every night and wish they would bring the fudge back!! We thank OCB for the great selections of coupons we receive in our email for signing up for your club. It makes it even more affordable to go!!

Worst buffet ever! Horrible smell as you walk in. Food is completely disgusting! Most seats are not even good for you to sit... Utensils are literally dirty. Did not even manage to get a second bite into my food. Customer service is horrible not to mention general manager if you can call her that.. luckily I got my money back never going there again. Worst experience ever

ROACHES!!! This place is disgusting!!! Me and my family paid to eat here!!! We sat down to eat and I went for another plate and what do I see ROACHES!!! I was so digusted!!! I tell the manager and what does he do he smashes it with his own finger like its an ordinary thing to do!!! I can only wonder how many more can be found in the kitchen yet alone in your food!!!

Horrible they put hot food on top of cold food that had been sitting for awhile. Nothing was fresh girl put plates & silverware out without wearing gloves. They didnt restock until I complained. Will never go back & would advise you 2 save your $ & go anyplace else. The manager walked around doing and saying nothing. Horrible horrible.

I went there during lunch and it was not crowded, but nice! The food was decent and there were many different foods to choose from. I went there before two pm and the price was slightly higher, but still the attendant let me in when I was short! They waited on me and greeted me right away! It was a pleasant experience!

Ok..im here on a friday and its pack...let me complain: the pasta is over cooked pizza had sticky dough at the bottom butter biscuit was half way raw inside there were no clean cups to drink out of had to wait 10 minutes just for a clean cup Pasta sauce is flame and fried chicken was fried right Never come again

Looking for a table for 20 on a Sunday afternoon after church is never easy. These kind people took care of our group with kindness. We were able to be sat in no time. The food was good. I are the salad bar fist, and had dessert as well. Great place to grab something fast. Check them out if youre into buffets.

This is the nastiest, filthiest and most ghetto Old Country Buffet I have ever been to. Filthy carpets, filthy buffet, filthy food stations and filthy ass people. Unaccompanied minors at the buffet touching food and putting it back. Never again will I come here. Avoid this place at all costs. GROSS!!!!
