I thought this one was one of the better Taco Bell locations in the Madison area - until tonight! I ordered a Fresco Beef Quesarito" and I get some dried up thing - a tortilla with dry hamburger & rice and nothing else. Not at all like the Fresco with pico de gallo salsa as described online. So I drive back through the drive-thru and ask again for the Fresco Beef Quesarito, thinking maybe he didnt hear the fresco part. The guy recognizes me from 2 minutes earlier, sees my nasty food on the dashboard, and asks if I got the wrong order. I tell him I asked for the Fresco and couldnt tell what I actually got. He asks to examine it and tells me, "Yup, thats the Fresco quesarito. Fresco just means you dont get any dairy products like cheese or sour cream." I ask where the salsa/avocado is, and he tells me that is not what the Fresco is???? I went down the street for a grilled chicken sandwich at Wendys and it even came with a slice of tomato, lettuce and sauce!! :-) Bye, Taco Bell!!

I used to come to this taco bell all the time and it was great. I moved away for a couple years and when I came back, it was a huge mess. The lines are always huge and move so incredibly slowly, my orders are always wrong and the last time I was there, a fight broke out next to the drive through line and the employees all went outside to watch. Seriously. To their credit, they somewhat tried to break it up, but mostly watched. Theres always large groups of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night, which, to me, feels like another fight waiting to happen. No one at this taco bell cares at all and I would honestly never come here again. The one further down east wash is insanely better, as well as the one in Monona.

taco bell more like talko bell or taco balls amirite I LURVE THIS PLACE esp when that drug guy isnt a customer. theres a drug guy who comes in and the staff barely tolerates him because hes all gross but thy dont kick him out they just serve him and if he tries to sell his ""wares"" they say not on these premises...lol i bet he likes to think hes a playa but hes really just a lame-o but this place is kewl they have like burtitos and tacos and you can get a coke but its a pepsi but thats cool and there all super kewl here except for that drug guy. i think his name is John but thats way too common a name

This Taco Bell gets a lot of traffic. Still, theyre freaky fast. I go here about once a week at lunchtime. Youll get unexpected service at Taco Bell prices. Oh, and the food looks and tastes as if whoever is preparing it actually cares. I have witnessed some of the complaining by dissatisfied customers. One guy said he "shouldnt have to" pick off some pieces of lettuce that he didnt want. Another said that he wouldnt be back because his 99-cent flatbread didnt "look like the picture." Ive also been here late at night; the foods good late, too.

There had been some issues at this location for awhile, but it seems that they have righted the ship after the remodel that just took place. Occasionally this location can be a little slow, but generally I have no problems. Keep in mind that most people that are likely to get a job at a Taco Bell these days are mostly unemployable. Those that do show up probably cant do math, so you get what you (dont) pay for. Stop in here for a quick meal on the way home from work and you shouldnt be too disappointed.

This was the third time I have been to this location and every time after I went through their drive through I have had to pull around and go in because of getting someone elses order or missing something from mine. When I have went in to ask them to look into this, I have been looked at like Im the one that is wrong and talked down to. Find another location until these guys can figure their stuff out.

my order is consistently wrong, everything is prepared to the menu, they never removed items when requested, such as holding the sour cream or holding the creamy jalapeño sauce. the service at this location is slower than any other TB in the city. Id much rather drive for 5 more mins and go to the other East Wash location, near Toppers and the mall, where they a friendly, efficient and accurate.

Worst ever. The wait. The sheer amount of wrong orders. I dont know if its management or whatever, but this is literally the worst fast food restaurant. Not the worst general fast food restaurant. There are fine taco bells in the world. This one ruins it for the rest. This is not your average taco Bell. This is worthy of taco hell status. How do you mess up an orchestrated assembly line so badly?

Went in to pick up a meal. There were 5 people waiting in the store, three in drive thru. The manager was alone. Then the other employee came strolling out of the bathroom. No hurry. The manager was rightly angry, but she threatened to quit, so he backed off, and she sauntered up to the counter and rolled her eyes at us. I complained to Taco Bell HQ, and nothing was done. She is still there.

This place is a little pricey, but after finally helping myself to some of Wisconsins famous cheese I would certainly stretch my budget for the dining experience again. Great for leftovers too! I lined the inside of my jacket with what was left of my quesadilla and, three weeks later, I still find myself sneaking stealthy bites while waiting for the bathroom.

every time Ive been to this location at like 2 in the morning the staff has been very upbeat and just happy and nice in general. the food was as good as it gets from taco bell but having the staff be upbeat and nice that late at night was great and I highly recommend coming here at night. the line was really long however but the food and service is worth it.

Very unprofessional. I sat in the drive through for almost 20 minutes waiting on an employee to greet me (after the car in front of me pulled off sick of waiting). When they did greet me they jokingly said I would get a discount for the wait, which they fully charged me. They need more staff and better management. I will never eat at this location again.

Pathetic. Slow, employees are crabby and gossipy while standing around. No apologies for incorrect orders, some orders are so messed up its confusing how they can even do it so badly. Are there kids managing the place? If you think you deserve $15/hr pay, prove to the community that you can do your jobs. Otherwise youre just getting laughed at.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Gave me the worst mud butt ever! Called and complain (not about my mud butt) and the manager was so rude. Said I was wrong when obviously I didnt get what I ordered. Lower your expectations when you come here. Their fresh ingredients (tomato, lettuce, etc) were not fresh...welted and brown.

Waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes. People were leaving the line because the wait was so long. Turns out, a guy is slumped over in his truck past out. Nobody inside does anything as the line grows , then people get mad and leave. I drove around to alert staff, they wouldnt come to the window! Wow.
