Normally i recommend this restaurant. But todays experience was not enjoyable. After coming to the restaurant several times i have figured out how i like my food spiced. I ordered the food exactly as i wanted and the waitress decided to change it and make it more spicy than ordered. She brought food to table and proudly stated she had added an extra x to the spiciness of the dish going from XX to XXX and that is actually a big difference. First bite seemed ok but on subsequent bites it was abvious it wasnt as ordered. On checkout was asked how was things and i told them it would have been great if waitress hadnt taken it upon herself to boost the spiciness of my order. The response? Oh was it too spicy? Perhaps we should get a fire extinguisher and laughter. This is incredibly disappointing behavior by both the waitress and the 2 people checking people out. Shame on you New Asia for this behavior. Update Recently placed delivery orders from work on previous two orders they leftnout the soup i ordered. On last order they askef if i wanted then to deliver my soup they forgot about 1.5hrs later and i said no. They had left anothers order off delivery completely and the owner decided to send the 2 forgotten soups back with othet persons meal and they had no idea what they were for. So they sat uneaten (remember i had said not to send) went to eat lunch instore today talked to them about soups sent anyway with no one knowing about them and no one eats multiple soups. Owner refused to reimburse for soups left out stating it didnt matter that i didnt get the soups, he sent them so tough. That is horrible customer relations. Time to cross them off options.

Really great restaurant. Really good food, pleasant staff, and the cooks (from the old chongs restaurant) quality of food is amazing. Me and my husband always go there when they first open up, and get the dinner for two plus a side of hot and sour soup (for me) and let me tell you, the rice is tender- not hard, the pork chow mein is hot and fresh (not overloaded with crunchy noodles and water chestnuts), and the sweet and sour chicken is to die for! (the chicken is so moist and tender- practically melts in your mouth! and the pineapple, tomatoes, and sweet sour are a good balance between sweet and sour, not too much of both). I highly recommend this place as a frequent Chinese food enthusiast from Paducah and afar.

New Asia is tucked away on Lone Oak RD, and a treasure to be found! The Asian-American owners are always friendly, and greet their guests by name. The dining room, private party room and bar are attractively decorated and comfortable. The menu offers multiple traditional choices, and your selections are cooked to order, and delivered hot to your table. Our favorites include Birds Nest and House Special Lo Mein. We have been pleased with every dining experience, and wish New Asia continued good fortune. We are grateful for your cordial hospitality and delicious food. "xie xie." 5 Gold Stars.

Enjoyed our dinner today. From the moment we walked in the door we received excellent customer service. The owner and his wife personally came to our table to see if there is anything they can do for my kids to make them more comfortable. We ordered the Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken we were pleased by the quality of meat and presentation. The Wonton Soup was hot and quite tasty. A very good experience!

This is the best Chinese place in Paducah. The smaller dining area makes it a great place for personal dining, while the takeout options have made it the best rated among the folks in Paducah. I have yet to get bad service or something on the menu I did not like. The consistency of this restarting makes it very enjoyable when dining in or ordering out.

The food is great but the customer service is horrendous. The mother acts like she doesnt understand english to avoid being a courteous manager and the son or whoever answers the phone for orders is an obnoxious rude jerk. Very disrespectful and will not be seeing another dime of mine for a long time

The worst shrimp fried rice and crab ragoons Ive Ever tasted. The shrimp was purchased at Wal-Mart, please use real shrimp. I really want my money back. So, disappointed the place was beautiful but you need to go back and learn how to make Chinese food. Disgusting. =(
