Before you eat here know this, this restaurant does not uphold the red robin standards. The GM had created new shortcuts to eliminate the labor needed to create products and help their food cost at the cost of their guests. Fine examples include thawing chicken for the sandwiches and salads on a tray with no drip tray meaning thus chicken thaws in its own chicken juices, this is a number 1 health hazard this can create so much bacteria growth its ridiculous, the bacon is no longer cooked in the oven but rather on the flat top where the boxs burgers and veggie burgers are cooked meaning the vegan and vegetarian sandwiches are cooked in bacon grease, the mushrooms are also cooked on this flat top meaning those of you with allergies towards mushrooms BEWARE, the fish is also thawed in the same manor as the chicken thawing in its own juices promoting bacteria growth and parasite growth, the products are highly neglected when it comes to first in first out meaning burgers expiring in a week are used before burgers expiring tomorrow so beware your burger may be expired they just wanted to use it instead of throwing it out, this also applies to the basil, cheese, milk, sauces, and etc do not eat here this is a bad places to eat and beware your health is at stake

I was craving a salmon burger for lunch and pondered my choices as my belly growled. I knew that I loved the Red Robin salmon burger so there I went. I was greeted quickly and provided prompt service. I was so glad because I was very hangry. I order chips and guacamole as an appetizer which a delightful tapas. I ordered a cold domestic draft to accent my burger which was promptly delivered. It was tasty and served with a delicious side of their famous steak fries. As I was working through my feast fit for a queen,my server checked back and engaged me in further menu items for future visits. I usually get my burgers on the run, but this sit down experience was worth the extra money and time. To boot, the ambience was clean and contemporary and lively music was playing in the background! Sometimes chain restaurants can lose the spark when they franchise out...but this burger joint is keeping it real! Real Yumm!

The quality of the food is okay. But they totally misrepresent the portion sizes of the hamburgers. They are a LOT smaller than Id expect from the menu description and the price. A $10 burger should be better and bigger than what they give you at this place. Seriously...the "pig out" version of the burger I got was no bigger than a Mcdonalds quarter pounder and only came with 3 pieces of bacon. Red Robbin isnt the trendy place it used to be either. Its morphed into a Applebees like clone, complete with the feel of the Office Space "Flingers" joint. I did not feel like wearing ANY pieces of flair here and clearly neither did the waitress who rolled her eyes when I complained about the size of my burger.

Went in a couple of weeks ago (10/9). It was in the afternoon. We were just wanting to place an order to go, so we went and sat at the bar. The bartender apologized for the pile of dirty dishes sitting on the bar in front of us, then just left them there and went about her business. I was understanding at first. But her business consisted of chit chatting with other co-workers and joking around. I asked for water, you would have thought that was the hardest thing to do and a huge inconvenience. Pretty much had to beg for service and Im not a begger... so we drove to Peoria and ordered there and then home to Ottawa, IL. That bartender was super rude!!!

I have been there twice. I have been looking for a great burger. When it comes to the food its fair but to exspensive. My last trip I ordered my burger the way I wanted it and the waitress ask if I wanted cheese and pickles on it. So I repeated what I wanted. When my meal came I had a big wad of pickles on the side with their juice running onto my bun. And one item I ordered for my burger was missing. Im my opinion even though they advertise free refills on the fries the higher prices on their food means your paying for something your not going to get anyway unless your one of those people that just eats way more than you should. I wont be back.

My girlfriend and I ate here this last weekend and unfortunately we received an unpleasant gift... Food poisoning!!! This is the worst food poisoning Ive ever had! My girlfriend also had symptoms although not as bad as mine! I wish I wouldve read these reviews before I ate here... It seems this kitchen has a knack for preparing unsanitary food as well as using expired ground beef for their hamburgers!!! As a doctor I recommend that you do not eat here as you are putting your health in jeopardy!! Needless to say I will never be back!!!

I was very disappointed in the service that we received, what top it off was that we where there at a slow time not very crowded. Not only where we seated by the kitchen when the rest of the restaurant was open but we sat there for 10 min with out even being ignoliged. I have grown up on the red robbin restaurant chain sence I could remember on the west coast, I have love red robin. It has always been a place for familys togather. This is the second time I have come to this one and have been disappointed in the service.

My wife has a gluten sensitivity; so, we try hard to avoid gluten. Often at restaurants, the gluten-free menus are quite limited. However, Red Robin was great. The brought an interactive menu (on an iPad) to our table that allowed us to see what items my wife could eat. They have many gluten-free options. And, unlike many restaurants, they have dedicated deep fryers for gluten-free items. We will definitely be going back.

So I am not sure my experience was typical, but it wasnt good regardless. I went there a few weeks after opening. The hostess was very nice and seated us right away. There were not that many people in the place at the time. I thought we had been very lucky to avoid a crowd and long waits. After we sat down we waited, and waited, and waited. Nobody ever came to take an order, so we left.

The service is excellent Jason is an awesome server so please sit in his section for Triple A service. The menu its off the chain they have reasonable prices several burgers that comes with bottomless fried they also have bottomless soda as well the food is AWESOME I just have 1 problem with the bottomless soda whatever you choose you have to keep that flavor.

Nothing to great, service was awesome! Garlic fires were awesome! Burger was mehhh.. to expensive for the taste I got "The finest burger" peppered bacon. They asked if I wanted some pink or no pink, I asked for pink it came out well done. The meat was dry but not a good quality anhow. The chicken my coworker got looked amazing, she agreed.

This place is legit. Theyre a bit expensive, but get a card and youre gonna get some good deals (Ill tell you, the free burger will make your day). The bottomless sides and easy substitutions makes this place even better. I am also happy, as a vegetarian, that they have those options as well. Ive also never had a bad experience with their staff.
