I honestly have compared prices on the menus that Food2u offers with the actual menus of most of the restaurants and came to a conclusion. This company prices all meals and drinks $3 dollars or more over the original price of the items. Plus they also charge you an extra amount for the delivery on top of that. Cant you charge a set amount on the delivery and not up the price on every single item. Id rather crawl to the restaurant on my knees then to ever pay so much for food. You guys are ridiculous. Oh plus the person is very disrespectful if you ever get in bad terms with the owner or manager. He had made the mistake and tried blaming it on me. Ok buddy, I wasnt the one trying to make the extra dollar by putting in a order when we said it was cancelled way before you sent it or even started calling the order in. Grubhub is way better and professional. Just need to work on timing and it would crush you.

The person answering the phone, who I am lead to believe is Brian the manager, has HORRIBLE customer service. He is very discriminatory and is not very good at problem resolution. He was screaming on the phone and was very rude. I was not ordering but I overheard his voice and I wasnt even on the phone. I would never want a person like him answering for my business. If he is the first representation that the customers receive, then he is not very good at representing the restaurants that partner with him.

These guys are pathetic! Last time they delivered my food the worker was on her cell phone chatting while holding my bag nearly sideways - everything spilled all over the place creating a massive mess. On another occasion the delivery person was incredibly rude, complaining that her tip wasnt enough, and said, "gee, thanks for the HUGE tip". This time they gave me the wrong order. Also, theyll never bring you straws, napkins, or plasticware...

This place is pathetic. Our Portillos was cold and soggy. 3 things in our order were incorrect. They would only refund one item. They have to type in the food to the restaurant, it was a mistake on the delivery service fault. Also, it took over an hour. When we called to ask for our correct order to be delivered, they were rude and would not apologize. How pathetic of a business.

Do not use this place! They have the worst service, disrespectful and rude! I hate that I left the tip on the card, I am lucky today I had my lunch thrown on me. I already dont have enough time to take lunch so this just tops the cake

I cant believe what it would have cost for a dinner to be delivered. I know the price was not the menu price. When I cancelled after hearing the total, the man taking the order just hung up on me. What a rip off and rude service!

Service is usually great...always get my order in a decent time..the only thing I dont like is that every time I want to pay with my CC I get attitude..and sometimes they say they cant even take a payment with a CC....

I loved this place. My food came in a timely manner and I saved about $5 by not ordering grub hub! The delivery driver was not the most sociable, sure. But he was polite and delivered my food within the hour!
