The food and atmosphere is amazing! This is one of my favorite places to eat in Fond Du Lac. So it pains me to give them a bad review. Tonight we ordered delivery, we were given an ETA of 1 hour which was fine we assumed they were busy. After our 1 hour time had expired we received 3 calls from the delivery driver asking for our address and 3 times we gave them our address and landmarks including cross street. Finally I called the store to find out what happened. Within minutes the driver showed up with COLD food. She apologized and explained she was on the wrong street, even though we told her 3 times. Keep in mind we live 10 min away, there is only 1 turn from their location to our house. We were not offered any sort of compensation for the inconvenience and cold food! Very disappointed in the service tonight and will probably NEVER order delivery again!!!

Good bar and great Italian style food. The bar cn get crowded early so it can be hard to get in later in the night. If you want to just eat and drink at the bar that is possible just get there early. If you like Italian food such as pasta, pizza and calzones this place is for you. I personally find that the appetizers are really good also including the Agnolotti, Baked Bruschetta, and Pizza Logs. There meals that arent pizza all come with soup or salad and by the time you have eaten that and the meal I was super full. Desserts are really good also and I would highly recommend getting one if you arent stuffed from the meal itself. The one negative that I can say is that parking is very tight and so it can be hard to get a spot.

The baked mostaccioli with the meatballs is excellent! The Chicago style deep dish pizza is amazing! The appetizers are great! My favorite sandwich is the chicken breast croissant. It taste amazing! It is smothered in cheese and has a ton of bacon on it. Also the meatball sandwich is amazing. All of the food at this restaurant is amazing and if you have not eaten there you should try it. The staff and all of the waitresses are fantastic and do their jobs very well! This is hands down one of the best restaurants in Fond du Lac! I have been eating their food ever since they opened in their small restaurant in the beginning and as long as I am in Fond du Lac I will eat there.

First of all I would like to say that the food is WAY over priced for the quality you get. Secondly the service is very poor. Servers are very slow and rude. Every time I have eaten here, it takes forever to get served. Refills on drinks? Forget it! As for the food? Sure there is plenty of variety, but the quality and flavor is not there for this type of restaurant. Do NOT get the gyro if you are a fan of those. The menu says the meat is sliced fresh from the spit there. The meat they use is pre-packaged garbage! How this place remains so busy all the time is beyond me. I guess people in Fond du Lac like bland food, dark and loud seating and crappy service.

My boyfriend and I met up with friends that were visiting from Oklahoma on New Years day. We didnt plan to go there but every other restaurant we called was closed. We considered eating at a chain but Im so glad we stopped here. Our waitress was attentive and made us laugh with her jokes. Huge portions but worth the price. I had the chicken caesar sandwich which was messy but delicious. Everyone at our table loved our meals. We live an hour away but if I lived closer I would eat there all the time. However, the website said that a soda, soup or salad, and fries were included with each sandwich. Wrong! A soda, soup, or salad were not included in the price.

I am giving it a 3 star only based on atmosphere and staff. As for the food, we had a party of 4 and apps were great,,but entrees were in ettible. We were stuck paying $70 for 2 adults n 2 kids and we each took one bite and said no way. The sauce is so bitter, there is no way a chef made it. It tasted like tomato sauce and salt! With the right cook, this place could be amazing. How do,u sell a ravioli dish for over $15 and then serve your guest frozen raviolis!! Get a better chef. On the other hand service was great and the place was beautifu, hence the 3 star rating. But its a restuarant and Id rather food food n crapoy establishment.

I used to love this place and I used to tell everyone that I knew to eat there. But I am highly diappointed in their service. First of all, it was a delivery order and it was 2 of the same thing. The girl that took our order was new and she messed it all up. Some of us didnt even get food. But that was their excuse, she;s new, sorry but why do you have a new person on the phone taking orders on a saturday? Anyway, I never ate that night and my friends got overcharged. Then the "manager" brought them their change but not my food? It was all unbelievable, used to love it but not anymore.

Awesome place to eat. We only had one bad experience here and it wasnt something they could totally help. The food is great, the prices are fair and the portion sizes are beyond what you would expect. This place has come a long way since it was in its previous rinky dink shop. Highly recommended for anybody visiting or living in Fond du Lac. Edit: Forgot to mention, please arrive with enough time in case there is a line. Quite frequently during the normal lunch/dinner times this place will have a line. Try to arrive with enough time to compensate for that.

We went there for dinner tonight. When we were seated there was only 2 other tables with guest. We did not get a server for the entire 25 minutes plus we sat there waiting. We told the hostess twice a server never came to our table. After waiting almost a half hour we left. Worst service ever!!! When we told the hostess the first time and she went back to the kitchen to find a server and said Im sorry we just switched over assignments so thats why your table was missed...however even after a second reminder we still did not get a server. Very disappointed!!

Service =4, above average Decor =5 Food =3, average Servers and bartenders were very nice. Restaurant was decorated well. We were really impressed when we walked in. Prices were really good but then the food wasnt very good so the prices seemed appropriate. Side salad was tasty and large! Presentation of the food was good but our panzerottis were not as delicious as I hoped. The pepperoni had a weird flavor to me. The sausage seemed like Sysco vs a homemade sausage. If I lived in the area, I would go back and try something different.

Horrible experience. Will not go back. Waitress was annoying slow. When I mentioned this to the supervisor, her remark was defensive..."Oh, shes our best." My wife ordered the chicken Ceaser panini and there was no flavor whatsoever. It was a hunk of dry chicken on a piece of bread. Mentioned this to the staff as well and not so much as an apology. Slow, slow and slow. Defensive attitude was obnoxious. We eat out a couple times per month and this was one of the worst experiences weve ever had. They didnt seem to care though...
