We had visited this Ihop several times over the past few weeks. The young servers and staff were always very attentive. On our last visit we had the displeasure of meeting the manager, Anna! There was a problem with her honoring the senior deal without us purchasing two drinks! We were not aware of this! She kept citing rules and pointing to signs and telling us how the other hostesses were in the wrong on the prior visits and that she would correct them...Blah, Blah, Blah. She was very rude and confrontational and her customer service skills were zip! I finally just said to ring our meals out and charge the card...I was done! I might point out that the entire parking lot was empty on a friday night...Hmmm, and by the way, we will never be returning to Ihop...at least not while under the dictating rule of Anna. P.S. It seemed like the staff was afraid and intimidated by her and afraid to make a mistake!!!

The 2-stars are for a one-off experience. Typically this IHOP is great by any measure. 10/28/2016 just before midnight. If the hostess trys to seat you by any group of young people (16-19) be sure to ask to be seated somewhere, anywhere, else. So this is not so much about the restaurant, which typically has both good food and good service. That night our waitress disappeared. The manager said she had a family medical emergency and gave us 20% off our meal for the slight delay. The 2-stars are for the 3 teenage girls bouncing off the walls in the booth behind ours. Rude, crude, and impolite. There were much larger tables with similar age-group dinners who were on the loud side but within reasonable levels. These so-called young ladies... werent.

First time Ive went in three years that the food was actually all the way done and we were given appropriate proportions. The host was fabulous. Nice young gentleman man. But our waitress only came to our table 3 Times once to take order which took about 5 minutes drop off the food and drop off the check. I had to track her down to just to get a refill she was spending time with another waiter customer. It has approved tremendously but it still needs work on the waiters. If our waitress would have actually checked up on us and got us refills I would of given 5 stars but since the waitress was supposed to be the main interaction only 3. If it was for the hostess being fantastic youd only got one

Second time weve came here for "breakfast out".....and will be the last time. First plate was wrong food, and after specifically ordering the eggs with the whites fully cooked - they were runny! Didnt get the toast - but two pancakes instead. Sent them back, and when re-served, the eggs were done, and so were the pancakes....crunchy and needed a knife to cut them. The waitress brought out another order of pancakes....which were gooey. My pancakes were on a small plate....if I were to pour syrup on them, it would have run off the plate onto the table. Same thing happened last time here. Had to ask for a larger plate both times.

Stopped in for a short stack for my son and the sales ckerk was extremely busy checking out patrons. Justin jumped up from reception, asked me if Id been helped, and proceeded to take my order. He was back in a moment with the check and the order came out pronto. My son was pleasantly surprised to wake up to a piping hot short stack. Justin is training to be a waiter; given his motivation and customer service attitude, Id say he is ready. Well be back and request his section. Eat here somewhat regularly. Consistently cleaner and more organized than other ihops Ive visited. Was recently renovated as well, looks nice inside. Waitstaff usually friendly and competent and food, well, its Ihop food. They dont visit Ihop on the food network but it tastes ok and it will fill you up. Gets very busy on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, especially in the morning when there is a rush of customers from the adjacent casino. Sunday afternoons after church there is also usually a wait.

Very disappointing. I ordered a meal that I have had at other IHOPs, and it looked and tasted very different. The waiter argued with me that "smashed potato hash" came with the meal, I asked to see the menu so he got one and proceeded to tell me he was correct. I got the menu and read to him "red potato pepper & onion hash". He didnt apologize or take anything off the bill. We will not be back to this IHOP.

Take out order when received was missing my drink, served me raw eggs and raw bacon that I had to heat up in my own home. It was a 30 minute drive to get our food, and I understand it was busy, but every customer should be cared for evenly, including take out orders. Will take a lot for me to go back and eat there.

Waited 15 minutes and no one even came to take my drink order....restaurant was not busy at all and tons of employees were standing around talking and walking right by me!! Finally had enough and just walked out hostess never even looked up from her phone on my way out!! Definitely wont be going back!

Bad Service. People who came in after us and ordered after us got their food first. then my husbands food came out but not mine. My bacon came out but not the pancakes. Then finally the pancakes came out. The waitress was too busy socializing with her friends. Waitress was loud and ditzy.

I was there last night and it was awful!! There was one waitress and one cook! The waitress seemed to be on drugs or some kind of narcotic, the restaurant had about 8 tables full of people and some just got up and left! Never again will I eat there!

Food was very good. The service was wonderful. We went Monday night. Then returned Tuesday night and the manager and staff treated us like royalty. Will definitely return to eat there when we are in the area again.

Eat here. Friendly service. Delicious biscuits and gravy, country fried steak and eggs and old fashioned shredded hashbrowns with chedder cheese. Cant be beat! Brings back my southern comfort to West Virginia.

The wait was unbelievable, the food was cold. The pancakes were so cold the butter would not melt. Ordered a cheese omlet, the cheese was not melted, the omlet cold and hardly any bacon inside.

Delicious! I recommend you try the chicken quesadilla. Seriously, the best Ive ever had and at a pancake house! Say What!! Such a nice staff too! Bathroom are very clean as well!!
