I was the one who got pretty excited to see the logo "panda express" when they were just working to start this store.The very first day we bought food for our family of three. It wasnt even close to the brand Panda express. The rice was undercooked( terribly undercooked) and chicken and shrimp dishes werent flavorful. But I gave multiple chances thinking that they just opened.But at this point I had to give feedback. Personally I dont like any restaurants in this Martinsburg area, feels like they are not able to keep brand reputation.The staffs are super friendly, environment is good, quick food . Only complaint is food taste, not that bad quality or dirty food. I ate more than 5 times and never had trouble with food hygiene. Just the taste is not good.

When this place first opened I was like "great!" Its close, its good and I enjoy the atmosphere. Now when I go into eat (which I do daily) there is this loud "chirping" coming from the back exit door near the bathrooms that is really, really, really annoying. I goes off every minute or so and is extremely loud. That said, if youre looking for a relaxed placed to eat that isnt full of stupid noises that shouldnt be there... Do yourself a favor and dont go to Panda Express in Martinsburg, WV for lunch. I honestly expected more when it come to customer appreciation from this company.

First time I went I order the combo of two items with rice. I might as well just ordered rice. Tried it again tonight and ordered a entree of the blk pepper chicken because I did not want rice or noodles. They gave me the smallest box of mainly peppers and onion and very little chicken. I threw most of it away. I also ordered two cream cheese rangoons which actually tasted good. But you get 3 for $1.90. My order was almost $8.00. I will not go back to this fast food establishment.

The store itself was inviting and clean, with lines moving quickly. Food seems to be kept fresh with new batches being brought out before the current stock left out becomes too old. A modest variety of drinks other than fountain drinks are available for purchase. This location offers outdoor seating as well, which is nice when the weathers right for it. However, despite having the take being clean, it was still sticky.

Chinese is hard to screw up, but my Kung pao chicken was inedible. Seriously, I had microwave dinners in college with more flavor and better texture. It was mushy vegetables mixed with fatty chicken nuggets and a ton of extremely spicy dried peppers. There are much better options for Chinese-- literally pick any other restaurant.

I drive 26 miles one way every week or 2 to eat here. I have never had a bad experience. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is awesome. The only bad thing I can say is sometimes the tables are left messy from the previous customer. They could improve there, but I still love to come here.

if you dont know what you want, step back and look at the menu, because when you step up to order, you better know what you want or youll end up getting something spicy with peanuts and youll be too freaked to say you dont even like peanuts

This is as white trash Americanized as Asian food gets. No flavor, horrid texture, and pricy for what you get. Fried rice is gritty and the entire meal was entirely tasteless. I got black pepper chicken as a meat. (i think. Couldnt tell...)
