Here on vacation while my bf is working first night decided to order delivery from here. The food was good my bf said his was too, the second night hes at work i ordered from here again. My food came up to 21.77 which i had no problem with that. We dont use the credit card when were getting delivery ever, with that being said i paid with cash. Food get here the young guy give me back ONLY 3 dollars thats it. I did give him a 2 dollar tip while trying to calculate in my head the exact change i was supposed to get back. Now mind u that i gave him a $20 and a $10, cause i only had one $1 bill the rest were 10s and 20s. I realized he basically stole $5 from me i called them back and asked about the delivery fee; because on their menu it says a 10 dollar delivery fee if over 3 miles. Other than that the delivery is free. The lady stated that i was charged a 2 dollar delivery fee so i asked about what the menu say she totally disregarded that no big deal i asked do we give them a tip or do they take it out. Thats when she told me i was charged 2 dollars, i then told her i was supposed to get back $8.28 he only gave me back $3. She put me on hold then got back on asking did i ask for my change back....why wouldnt I. Yes i stood and waited for my change so i could tip the driver. She put me on hold again then a guy got on the phone telling me the delivery guy said i gave him a twenty and a five. I said hes lying because he know he took five bucks. And now youre trying to tell me what i had in my wallet. I had 2 twenties one 10 and one 1 dollar bill, i told the guy. Now if i had given him a twenty and a five i wouldnt be calling back now right. The guy then continue to say oh he said he said thats when i said i know what i gave the guy just bring me back my $30 and get your food because i havent popped open the staples yet didnt touch it. He then say whats wrong with the food i said since youre saying i gave him a five instead of 10 and telling me what i have in my wallet come get the food or bring me my five dollars. I then said i can come get it, he told me no theyll bring it. And theyre about to close it was 9:55pm they closed at 10pm on Tuesday, he said give them 15 mins. I said you close at 10 so youre gonna bring it after closing time. They sent the same guy back who STOLE my five dollars he then gave me a TOTAL OF SEVEN DOLLARS.... I told him i just wanted the five dollars that you took from me and you can keep the 2 buck tip. He said no u keep it with a attitude like he had when he pulled up to give me back my money. And stormed off,...... Now why in the world would he give me back the tip i gave him Ill tell you why. Because he knew good and well he took my five bucks. Costumer service is CRAPPY and very disappointing i ordered from them two nights in a row and the second was a very big disappointment. I then told my bf when he returned from work what happened and he said that the first night we ordered from them they did the same thing to him but i was in the shower. And he tends to let things slide a lot with food places and things like that which i told him that he shouldnt do that. If he let them get away with it they (generally speaking) they will think they can do it to everyone who do order from them. I will not be ordering from them again for the rest of my stay here. Thats was ridiculous how they were telling me what i gave him like they were in my pockets. The delivery guy who STOLE my five dollars didnt want his tip because i guess he wanted the five bucks he STOLE as well. Sorry for you guy nice try find someone else to play, you tried playing me in your city and state but Im not the one to try and get over on. I wont recommend this place to anyone as long as they have that guy working there or anyone who steal from the paying customers or think they have the right to pull out their own tip from your money or change.

Before I read these reviews Im about to put it out there with what I think. Due to the service since Ive started ordering is five stars. From my knowledge of what I get it has been fairly consistent. Now I usually go to Chinatown across from big lots. But to be honest I think Im starting to like the general tsos here due to the consistency of the gtsos creator. The general tsos is well spicy with a hint of sweet the way it was created. Good portion in the large gtsos chicken. The one thing which is constructive criticism if the owners read this is to cook slower for softer chicken. Now that isnt a complaint but a bonus. With that being said Im about to get a nice little drink buzz going and pick up a order. I like this place so far. Going to continue getting my Chinese fix here. Not a bad place at all to stop by... Id definitely give it a try.

It is nowhere near the best Chinese Ive ever had (China Garden in Frederick, Maryland) but it is the best that delivers in Martinsburg. The other option is Empire China and I think they just plain suck... New Chinas rice is of the yellow looking variety which Ive seen at several places and it all tastes the same.. but its got veggies & egg in it, like its supposed to so its alright. Their general tsos tastes how genera tsos is supposed to taste... a little spicy, enough to clear your sinuses but my 14 month old eats it fine. I wish their crab rangoon was sweeter but my husband likes it. This is the only place I will order from in Martinsburg... all the other restaurants dont deliver except Empire China & their food is just gross. Oh, also... New China is very speedy. Theyre always here within like 20 minutes.

I use to order here ALL the time when I wanted chinese, but since it has been under new management, the portions have shrunk, the food is greasier, and the delivery man was rude. My son gave him a 4 dollar tip, and he yelled at my son and told him he was "unreal" and "cheap". I called the manager asap, and the "manager" said that what he did wasnt right, but he could have gotten a bigger tip!! I could not believe that, and since that has happened, my family, along with all my friends, and co-workers no longer order from here.

I ordered the beef Lo mein! I suppose you get what you pay for as the prices here are fantastically low.. Well the Lo mein was old and greasy, the veges were saturated in grease, and the beef was less than desirable and lacked taste. Of course, this was my first experience with this restaurant so perhaps I happened to get a batch of old noodles and poorly cooked beef? Regardless, based on my own experience I would definitely recommend not going here.. my search for decent take out Chinese food in martinsburg continues. *sigh*
