I love Bob Evans. Fast service, great food, great customer service, and quick checkout. Sometimes, though, customers can be really awful. This one woman came in last time I was there with her family. She caused a huge scene over nothing. Her food was a little late, maybe 5 minutes, and she went off on the server. She went off about how they were late for church because of the slow service. The manager came out and she required her entire check be free due to her food being 15 minutes late when it was only 5 minutes late. Her entire family looked horrified at how the woman was acting. First of all, if you have a place you need to be dont go to a sit down restaurant. Second, dont be so rude. Third, I think she was lying anyway. They didnt look like they were dressed for church at all. I think she wanted a free meal. Bob Evans gave her the entire ticket free. The server was, also, our server. These customers made the atmosphere terrible but our server was awesome. I tipped her double just because of what she had to go through with that terrible woman. If I could rate that lousy woman, I would give her -1 million stars.

Our friends joined us for dinner at Bob Evans. We all had the 3 course meals - 3 turkey with all the trimmings and one person had chopped steak. The waiter took our drink orders and was back quickly to take our food orders. Chris was a very professional, friendly, informative wait staff. He made a fabulous meal into a very pleasant eveing for four friends! The salads, soup and chili were out in minutes - piping hot and very good! Our meals arrived after we finished the entrees, hot and heaped on the plate(beautiful presentation) - for a moment I thought I was at Grandmas for Thanksgiving dinner. The cranberry sauce was firm, with a perfect tartness and there was plenty of it. The gravy was plentiful, hot and oh so tasty. The mashed potatoes were amazingly good. The only downside for one of our party was the pumpkin pie was sweeter than what she was used to. We will be back for certain and highly recommend this store. A very pleasant experience! Stopped for a quick bite and sat at the counter. I was greeted and served by Raquel. Even though what I specifically wanted wasnt on the menu she was quick to help me figure out the best way to place my order. When it arrived it was just what I wanted. Excellent service that was on point but not intrusive. Management was on hand helping to expedite orders. An overall friendly & pleasant experience. Ill definitely be back and wont hesitate to ask to sit in Raquel s section.

Service at glacial speed. Good waitress but appears to be understaffed. Ten minutes to get coffee. Coffee weak and bitter. Chicken fried breakfast steak tasteless except for grease. Gravy no flavor - seems like came from a can. Toast cold. Eggs nicely done. French toast served cold and was way too sweet. Artificial syrup terrible. Had coconut cream pie on previous visit. Absolutely devoid of flavor and taste. Worst pie on the planet.

I eat here often and usually dont have any thing wrong but today I ate there and had hair in my waffles and online syrup container when I spoke to the manager she said that because I ate most of the waffle that she couldnt do anything about the hairs needless to say I will never be back at that Bob Evans

I have been going to Bob Evans since I was a little kid I travel from coast to coast frequently from the Midwest to the East Coast yearly we stopped at Bob Evans frequently this Bob Evans in Ocala Florida was probably the very worst food I have ever had at a Bob Evans

This time favored restaurant has all the yummy breakfast dishes you could imagine. Great place to bring family to enjoy anytime of the day or evening. Plastic menus with pictures and close open tables favor family gatherings rather than an intimate meal.

The Bob Evans on Ocala s should be avoided. The chicken-fried steak was hard as a rock. The biscuits which were normally nice and fluffy and warm or served cold and hard as rocks. Service was slow. Dont go to Ocalas Bob Evans.

We love everything on the menu, however, I must rave about the slow cooked potroast. It is absolutely wonderful. We ate at the one in Ocala today and the server, Marti, was great. I recommend Bob Evans to all my friends.

Great food and AWESOME service!!! Not a bad word to say about the food and our waitress, Lacy, went above and beyond to make sure our picky kids salad was just the way they wanted it, we really enjoyed her company!

Seating is crowded and close to each other so if you dont like hearing everything everyone says dont go. Service slow food was fair. Tasted a little like cafeteria food but everyone else loved it.
