This is your typical Chick-fil-A... consistently good food, super friendly service, and fairly fast drive through -- though it is a very busy location, and everything slows down during lunch and dinner "rush" hours on weekdays and Saturday. Plan accordingly. We have been here maybe ten times as we traveled back and forth from Richmond to Farmville over a four year period. Sometimes it is faster to park and go inside instead of trying to get into the drive-thru queue as the line can get stacked up out into the roadway. This franchisee, as with others we have been to, also does a great job of selecting staff here as they are always upbeat and friendly.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Aside from the already delicious food, the employees here really take pride in what they do....and the bus-woman Faith is an absolutely wonderful, friendly employee with the best customer service I have ever stumbled across, out of every restaurant Ive been to, bar none. She is willing to give her arm and leg to make sure I have a fulfilling experience here. I set the bar pretty high enough as it is for chick fila, and this place FAR exceeds my expectations. Way to go guys!

Chick-fil-A is my gold standard for customer service. I have always been impressed by what they have done in an industry that is mocked for low wages and high turnover. This particular franchise has great employees and is very clean. The only negative thing I could come up with is that the drive thru line at lunch time wraps around the building, BUT they have taken a proactive approach to it and now send employees out with iPads to take orders (and speed up service).

I dont come to this location often, but I really should. This place is great. Theres a bus-woman buzzing around the restaurant clearing dishes, playing with children, informing customers of Free Coffee February, and giving out activity books so people can get free ice cream. Besides my chicken sandwich and current company, she was my favorite part of this experience today.

I have used this location for the past two years when I needed to serve 25-30 hungry mouths for a major builder in Richmond. I have always been treated with great care even when placing a large $400 order. The staff has been so cordial and willing to go way beyond to make sure I had more than enough to take care of my client. Awesome team!

The employees are always great. We tried the watermelon mint lemonade that was recommended by an employee. We ordered large but they are a regular drink small. It was so sour we couldnt even drink it. Didnt taste watermelon or mint just sour.

Always great. I stop at this location often and have never had an issue. The drive through line can get long at peak hours, but it goes fast. The food is always fresh (as can be expected from fast food) and hot.

Perfect! The bread on my sandwich was not all smashed down. The fries were hot and crispy. The mix on my drink was right and my cookie was warm and delicious. I couldnt ask for anything more.

This CFA is typically busy but the staff is efficient and pleasant. Its not the easiest to get in and out via car because of the way that Westchester Commons roads are laid out, though.
