One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Was going to order delivery while at work, the woman taking my order acted like she didnt even want to talk to me. Then when I finalized the order she then proceeds to condescendingly tell me that the order must be $20+ for delivery. I apologize and add food to the order to make a higher total. I give them my card information and she asks the address, I tell her, she then proceeds to tell me she needs directions for her driver, who has no phone or GPS of any kind and tells me that she isnt going to let him use her phone to find the address before he left. So it was up to me to give them complete directions. I only work part time in bluefield so Im not very familiar with the area and Ive never been to that restaurant before. I try looking it up in Google maps to give them Google maps directions. She informs me those directions arent good enough and I need to call someone who "knows what theyre talking about" and call her back with better directions. I was getting upset by this time and decided it was easier not to eat at all than to deal with the most unfriendly staff in all of southern West Virginia. Terrible service so bad I cant comment on the food because I couldnt get past ordering.

Great food! I eat here often and Ive never been disappointed, the food and service are always great. The atmosphere is really nice here too. The owner has done a great job restoring and preserving the historical building!! I love watching the traffic on the Avenue and the trains coming and going in the yard while I eat. A hidden gem is there upstairs dining room, you ascend a spiral staircase near the front door to get there. Its always nice and quit upstairs.

The service was OK. The acoustics in the restaurant are horrible. It was an intimate environment that ended up being extremely loud. I ordered a Greek salad which was good, but nothing special. I also ordered the bruschetta. It was HORRIBLE. To the point that it was inedible. They literally take garlic bread, add more garlic, top it with tomatoes, and a slice of cheese and then add more garlic. I was so disappointed.

My parents are complaining now about their philly cheese steak subs- they used to be really really good but now they are meh okayish. They always tend to get our orders wrong when we order delivery and for the past 3 times weve gotten them, one bun is good but the second one has barely any meat on it, they are also burnt. Also, the pizzas and calzones are waaaaaaay too greasy!! Fix that and they would be delicious

Great, locally owned restaurant. Prices may seem a bit much, but you get what you pay for. We leave full every time with leftovers to spare. Gluten free pizza available is a plus for those with wheat or gluten sensitivity. Only complaint is they do not bring you the bill to look over after eating. I like to see that everything is charged correctly.

The service was average. The food was above average for Bluefield, WV. However, dont come here expecting an Italian experience. The music selection was odd. The genre (hip hop) seemed to be selected more for the employees rather than guests. I recommend a more natural selection for your music and then we might consider returning.

We are coffee aditts, and on 3 separate occasions ,the coffee was just stained water, so we had to drink sodas...Maybe this will give them hint ,dont skimp on the coffee. ..The food was great every time we ate here ,the staff is wonderful. ..Come on Dena, fix the coffee. ...and I will give you a 5 star. ..

Went for my very first time the other night with my family and a few friends Tom, Kim & Andy. I had the canzone! It was fantastic! The waitress was very attentive and so very friendly. I think her name was Gabby. A great family friendly restaurant and I recommend this to everyone!

Called at the mall store got there they didnt have order even on paper had to wait till they put it back in then the young people were out of control that worked there , joking about not getting order put in, worse place ever, they need to hire more responsible people

It was an nice place. The salad contains shredded lettuce. It would be nice if restaurant had a Caesar salad and not shredded lettuce. The staff was very pleasant with excellent service. I enjoyed chicken parm.

Found this place by accident 2 yrs ago on a long trip and enjoyed it, so we looked for it this past weekend while duplicating the trip. Food is still very good and service was on time and pleasant.
