For some reason I find the one in Rohnert Park to be better, so much better that I could eat there everyday. I the staff is not very nice and they do not listen well, before I get to finish what I am saying, I am cut off and they start preparing my food. Then once I am finished with what I have to say they end up having to throw out the food (big waste) and start over. Also every time I get food from there somethings always wrong.

Nice place. Fairly clean. Theyre lo mein (or is it chow mein) is a little heavy on the onions, but its still edible (the server was nice enough to lighten the onion-to-noodle ratio a little). The vegetable fried rice is nice. I dont remember how the spring rolls are if I ever tried them. I wish the other locations could be this nice. Elsewhere, Ive experienced the noodles being either too stale or too greasy.

First of all, the chowmein was burnt! How can they pass that! My plate drenched burnt odor coming out of the chowmein, and it had black dots all over the noodles. Theres no way the didnt notice. Also, the portion they put in my plate was not acceptable. When I opened my to go box, there was empty spots on the plate!!! Thats not right! I feel ripped off out of my money! Dont come here.

Like most California Panda Express restaurants, they are busy all of the time and seating is usually quite limited. However because its busy, they rotate the food quite often so its a very good chance you are getting fresher food that hasnt been drying out under the heat lamp for hours. Good food as usual

I liked the food, but they make the proportions smaller and smaller every time & very messy. Also, youre very rude worker Annie at the petaluma Panda Express was very rude to many customers and even her co workers. Really made me not enjoy the experience.

People who are cooking do not wear gloves or hair nets. A guy touching noodles with his bare hands and shoveling them around over and over. I saw that, turned around and left. Will never go there again.
